It was a good stay overall

I feel that we didn't get the bed size I wanted and I know what a king size bed is because I have one at home. Also the elevator is very slow

Overall, it was very upsetting. I worked really hard to save up the money to be able to forward two nights in a hotel an

I wish I had something to say I liked about it, but there was no redeeming quality.

First my room was not cleaned, the trash cans were full, then the toilet overflowed, first use, feces all over the floor, and all of my belongings in the bathroom. The front desk did not answer my calls. I had to run up and down the halls and find housekeeping, finally an hour later begrudgingly let me move to another room, which cut three hours into my planned day with my son. It was a nightmare.

Nice and clean hotel

People here are very nice, everything was sooo clean (inside and out), rooms with plenty of space.

The surrounding area isn't that beautiful and there aren't many shopping centers nearby.

Update your rooms and get a new chef

Rooms were large but dated

3 of us travelled. 3 of us all got food poisoning from the breakfast. Only thing we all had was omelette. We were ill for a couple of days. Running to the toilet all the time. Not good when on a plane back to the UK 🇬🇧

Clean, vaulted cieling nice interior decor, great tv range of channels.

it was a very uncomfortable stay, and I would not go there again.

The room was nice and the lobby was nice

The property is in a horrible location. It is in a slum. The screen on the window was broken and pulled out like someone had pulled it out. The elevator had no certificate, which was shocking, and the area where the elevator was was disgusting. To me it was like Clarion completely forgot about this hotel, and didn’t care about it at all.

would not recommend this place but only for only location. staff suck and dirty rooms.

just the location near downtown San Jose and alot of eating spots

sad the pool was closed the woman receptionist October 4,2022 afternoon shift she was not informative. First request upon arrival to check in i asked for extra towells. And dissatisfied with the facilites not having gym or breakfast or ice machine or even a soda vening machine. the room smelt like old cigarette smoke in the carpet, vert dusty lioe no one cleans this place, the bathroom was dirty wore my slippers the whole time in the room
