Satisfactory.

Breakfast was not as good and should have came complimentary with the room. For the price of breakfast, I would rather go elsewhere.

Pool closed early. No microwave. No view.

Horrible! Negligent customer service, avoid at all costs!

Horrible customer service experience! They double charged me for one night and unwilling to resolve the issue! I am deeply disappointed! They directly charged my cc but blaming booking for their mistakes!

Pleasant visit to attend a wedding

The property is stylish and the rooms comfortable.

The restaurant is basically an adjunct to the bar - doesn’t feel like a restaurant at all.

What an amazing trip!

I like how they've added a special spray to sleep easily by, I want more from that now & future! Also they've added mouthwash, very convenient!

The staff gave me a room in floor 21, instead of either floors 3-6.

pleasant stay overpriced for what I was getting.

Clean and convenient. it is next to the light rail. Staff was wonderful

Over priced. No room service. Restaurant and bar menu nothing special.

Great staff, clean hotel and relaxing.

The front desk was great and so was the manager on duty today on 2/12/2023 at 11:39 am.

Hot tub wasn’t working but manager made things right.

If your in search of value look elsewhere ....

Connection to the convention center

No included breakfast and more then the hyatt which does include continental breakfast as well and even has a pull out couch , the incidentals hold was a bit high at 100 a night ,and certain things that would improve most of what was negative with me staying there being locked in higher tier bon voye memberships as well as internet being an additional 15-20$ a day And after doing most of the math and having 2 rooms to compare the hyat definitely had more to offer , I was expecting an amazing experience for the extra cost but most of the additional cost didn't go toward the actual improvement of experience with the customer nonetheless those are my thoughts

Location is great! Check in was very fast and front desk was really nice.

It’s very expensive and the furniture looked old so i expected to look nicer.

fine. wouldn’t necessarily stay again. it’s mid.

was fine. no fuss and good location to where our event was. but no personality to the space or rooms so was kinda ho-hum.

staff was rude and not very accommodating.

No room service, bar and restaurant close too early, lots of road noise, pool was very small with very little chairs to lounge in.
