Enjoyable.

The location was great and the property has been tastefully renovated.

We had a small pet fee and the charge at this hotel was $30 per night which is way too much. Because of that if we have our dog with us we probably won’t stay there.

Overall the conference day

Clean and Quiet. Heating system was very quiet, which I very much appreciate.

Breakfast was pretty good, but could be approved with a few more items.

Some rooms could use a deep cleaning , removing the fridges and cleaning behind. The garbage can was stuck to the ground as someone before us had spilled something and didn’t clean it up.

Nice hotel in a good spot

The hotel was in a good place, clean, it had a pool/hot tub and a continental breakfast.

We booked the hotel for a few days and the worker only put in for one day. So we were locked out and had to call the worker on for that day to reset our keys. The parking lot is awkward for parking a truck in a spot.

Front desk apologized for lack of staff. Sorry, not my issue.

At booking they had a king room available at a reasonable price.

We live about a 1 hour drive from Kamloops and booked this location and King room about 10 days prior to arrival because our return flight from Ontario would arrive late at night and we did not wish to be on the highway at that hour. On arrival and entry to the room (we scheduled for late arrival at midnight) the room had not been made up and the bed had been stripped. We were provided with a very tired "efficiency" room (i.e., with kitchenet) with no King bed; the room also had an unpleasant odour. Requested a discount for unsatisfactory room from the night clerk who had checked us in, who charge us full price but promised that the Manager would make it right in the morning. We were offered a paltry $10 discount as "the best we can do". NEVER AGAIN for this location.
