Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Wenn uns überhaupt was gefallen hat, dann nur die Lage.

Dreckiges, fleckiges Bettlaken. Das Ersatzlaken war auch wieder mit Flecken. Das Frühstück ist furchtbar, da es NUR Einweggeschirr gibt und niemand sich um Sauberkeit kümmert. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt schmuddelig und nicht sauber.

The location was perfect right off the highway

Dirty and no sink in the bathroom and only a pot light The pool was very cloudy and the hot tub had a dark brown stain around the complete top inside wall The juice machine in the breakfast area was out of order this place needs a lot of work

Die Mindestanforderung (Schlaf) wurde nicht erfüllt.

Das Zimmer war sauber und der Check In ging schnell.

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Es wäre sinnvoller dieses mit einem Aufpreis anzubieten, um mehr Auswahl und höhere Qualität zu gewährleisten… Es gab einen Feueralarm um 6.30 Uhr morgens, wir sind aufgeschreckt schnell in die Lobby gegangen, allerdings hat uns keiner beachtet. Nach Rückfragen hat sich herausgestellt, dass es sich um einen Fehlalarm handelt. Das passiert laut Rezeption öfter, wenn es regnet.

Breakfast wasn't warm as someone, maybe as a joke, unplugged the food containers. We still had plenty to eat.

The heater/air conditioner was rather noisy.

You won't regret staying here, I will stay eveytime I come through Kamloops

The staff is just so amazing have to point a one person who went above and beyond my expectations this is Aditya, I just had surgery and because of a air B&B mix up I had no where to stay Quality inn came through for me and my family the most wonderful rest in my clean quiet room to awake to pancakes and eggs muffins yogart that's hashbrowns oatmeal and much more. I give this wonderful hotel above and beyond 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was pleasant. Very friendly staff and accommodated our request for a raised toilet seat.

We were upgraded to the family room on our first night accommodation and it was lovely and quiet. We stayed a couple weeks later and found it extremely noisy on the front side of the hotel. Heard showers running, people chatting late into the night and much noise from the street.

Breakfast was great. Chairs at the tables could have been a little higher. Maybe a couple tables could be reserved for those with handicap issues, which we both had. Knees will only bend so far when sitting!

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great. There was easy access to many restaurants within walking distance.

A great place to stay

The beds and bedding were comfy. The breakfast had a good range of things to eat and the pancake maker was something I’d never seen before. Friendly and helpful staff and a welcoming lobby.

Minor annoyances. The tv remote didn’t work when we got there but that was easily rectified. One of the two keycards for our room never worked despite getting it fixed.

Excellent Stay. Very nice room

shockingly nice for a Quality Inn. Suprised the ratings aren’t higher and I travel quite I bit. I think the room was really nice in part because it looked recently renovated.

It did have breakfast which is a plus but it was very average or slightly below average compared to other stays with free breakfast.

Would probably hesitate to use another of these hotels.

The room was clean. Breakfast was quite adequate and fresh and appliances working for pancakes etc.

The heating/pipe system was beyond intolerable. Not able to sleep with the noise and vibrations in the walls. Gave me an instant headache and since it was constant did not sleep far less have a comfortable sleep. The outdoor parking area entrance is very dirty. Not worth the rate we payed.

For the time spent there it was adequate.

It was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have the breakfast.

The room wasn’t automatically cleaned. I had to ask to have things replenished and even then some things were missed! The front sidewalk was slippery and hills icy!

The breakfast was poor quality. Forgot electric tooth brush in room but they denied finding it.
