It was worth it and will definitely consider the hotel for future trips.
The staff was great and it took them just a few minutes to check us in. No hidden fees, and the staff provided me with the requested room. Parking was easy, and the fact that there is a Starbucks within the hotel made our morning easy.
The fact that we couldn’t open the window to our room and the fact that there are no balconies.

Near Union station
Chose this hotel for its location, near to the Union Station. We arrived early afternoon and had to catch a train later that evening. Comfy room for a short rest.

The staff are very helpful and courteous, great place to stay if attending an event at Canada Life Centre
Nasdia was very helpful in helping me with a glitch in our reservation and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. So much so, we booked another trip back there and another sister property in the US. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shower temperature fluctuated a bit requiring constant temperature changes, and was a bit on the cool side one of the days.

Bad experience water was out, and my air conditioning stopped working
Lost water to my room For 4 hours. Called front desk they said a problem with pump? I asked if I could relocate to a room with water as I was showering when water stops. They said water was out entire building. I had to book another night because needed to rinse soap. When I checked out asked for a refund 2nd night. Front desk said I could of stayed On floor below 20th floor they had water. I was on 20th floor. They refunded parking fee 1 day only. Hardly A concession for being refused another room when I could’ve had one with water to finish my shower. Would like to have refund or some kind of major discount for the second day that I was not planning on staying. Thank you.

Comfortable hotel but location has seen better days
The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Very comfortable bed and quality bathroom fittings with large shower. Great views from upper floors
No safes in the rooms or safe storage at reception. This means you have to carry your passport and money around with you. Which isn't great in downtown Winnipeg with its reputation for petty crime. Not the hotel's fault but downtown Winnipeg, including the section of Portage Avenue that the Radisson is on, is blighted by economic problems, homelessness and drug use. During the day not a problem but I felt unsafe after 5pm when office workers go home. This impressive street which used to be the main shopping street with upmarket department stores has become a boarded up line of empty units. I don't understand how a city can let it's centre degrade so badly, especially Winnipeg which has such beautiful buildings and obvious potential.
