Einfach perfekt

Freundlichkeit des Personals, egal ob Hotelbar, Rezeption oder am Frühstücksbuffet ist unschlagbar. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und alles auf modernem Niveau. Wann immer ich nach Winnipeg reisen werde ist dieses Hotel meine erste Wahl. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team

My favorite home away from home

I love this hotel! It's clean, fresh, in a great location near the mall, movies, casino, food, and more! The breakfast is always fresh and delicious, and the pool and outdoor patio gives a fun space for all ages!

I wish adult swims were a bit longer as the pool usually has lots of families and kids in it.

I honestly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I wouldn't think twice about going back.

The bed was comfortable and the room was big and clean.

The heater/AC was so noisy.

Not great

Breakfast station was very good, really enjoyed the omelletes. Rooms were big, and comfortable.

Hot tub was closed until 12pm as per policy, however even after 12pm the water was ice cold throughout the entire day and never did achieve a good temperature. In the evening the pool was very busy (not a complaint) and we were not really given an opportunity to use the hot tub.

Made our holiday amazing and my kids loved it

Breakfast was amazing even on Christmas Day was perfect for my family. Definitely will stay here again the staff were excellent my son left his cup in the room and didn’t notice till we got home I called and they went looking in the room and found it I appreciate that so much. Such a wonderful hotel

Good location but beds were not comfortable and the mouse level at midnight kept us up.

Clean and good breakfast

The walls are so thin that we were kept up most of the night from the neighbours tv and kids running in halls

Awesome family time, stayed 5 nights and will be back.

Great variety and quality of breakfast every day. Kids had a blast in the pool and us too. Opted to add a family night package in the New Flyer Room and it was a great time.

Some confusion when booking the housekeeping needs every day.

decor in this hotel was excellent. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet throughout the night.

breakfast was a little skimpy (no bacon - very little scrambled eggs and potatoes). Having said that there were a lot of kids attending your hotel and they can eat lots when favourites are served. Apso we could just have chosen a bad time to eat.

Simply put, this is a great place to stay and I will be back!

Omelet made especially for me by a very friendly chef was delicious. The hot breakfast was more than I could hope for and started my day with a bang!

Room had a “dirty socks” odour to it. The only other negative thing was a lack of information regarding food, entertainment in the area. Great shower and super comfortable bed.

Wonderful! We will be staying again for sure.

Our room was large and clean, it allowed our 3 year old space to move about. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit far away from shopping but not a big deal.

Superb! Pet Friendly

been their last Monday August 7, my kids love it, I liked everything in this hotel, spacious, cleanliness, breakfast, staff, pool. Awesome place! were surely be back next year! From Saskatoon

washroom is a bit small. tired of eating Canadian breakfast, try some other breakfast like asian, specially if you booked (other)hotels consistent for 2 weeks.

Was great, quiet, comfy, clean and all and all a stay that was worth our while

So comfortable, wish we stayed longer, po was lovely, breakfast was great, bed was amazing, room was clean.

The power was out for 3 hours, but that I don’t believe was the properties fault

Pleasant

Clean large rooms with great breakfast and facilities.

Some of the staff were extremely impolite and inhospitable. Would have been nice to show some empathy about the power outage that significantly impacted our stay. I also didn't like that we were charged almost 65 dollars in "taxes" for the two nights that we stayed (our rate was approximately 370 CAD for two nights). I felt it was not stated clearly and I'm unsure if this is an issue with booking.com or the hotel or the province. Either way, it would have been no problem at all had the staff been more patient (and professional) explaining these fees to me.

Excellent place to stay!

The cheerful, enormously energetic way that staff greeted, informed, and assisted guests. The creativity in presentation of excellent food, and in providing extras such as the hot wings competition! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

"Didn't like" is too strong, but...the microwave in my room was set very low to the ground. I am mobility compromised, and getting down to that level and reading the buttons was next to impossible. I did not actually require the microwave but noted this difficulty!

Other then that our stay was great

The pull out couch is not desirable at all and makes the stay uncomfortable for those guests who have try to sleep on it! It’s to bad hotels can’t just accommodate an extra regular bed for larger families
