Good enough, but not 5 stars!

Location is great & easy to get to as well as walk from.

I dislike how much of the hospitality industry is upselling- coupled with parking fees. $27 a night to park is absurd. We ordered room service pizza - it was $30 before taxes and gratuity, and it was a small pizza! What?!

South Lake Tahoe

Location was great for the beach and very near to the Nevada state line with lots of nice bars, restaurants and casino's

The Pool was shut for renovation and nobody told us this!! Which was a big disappointment as it looked lovely. At no point did they offer any compensation or even an upgrade to our room, which had a view of the carpark. Also, on the first night Friday night they turned off the firepits at 20.30 the time you most need them.

Overall the stay is ok because the hotel is nice and location is good but definitely way over priced for what you actual

Property had great location and the room layout was nice.

You have to pay for parking and the parking is still terrible. Anytime you leave in the evening time youll end up having to park across the street which is bad when your wife is in heels. Also the ceiling fan was very dirty. And the vending machines make you buy 2 waters before it will dispense one.

The location is great but not worth the money you spend

The location of the hotel was great. Convenient to get to heavenly, restaurants and other lakeside activities like boat rentals.

Car Parking is really expensive and more importantly there is not enough car parking spots on the hotel premises. They have an offsite location a few blocks away but when the hotel is full, it is hard to find a spot even at the offsite location. Paying $22/night and yet it was hard to get a parking spot ruined our tahoe experience a little. The hotel itself is little dated, the rooms are small (especially the ones with double queen) for the price, the pool and foosball tables in the lobby area were broken and missing things.

Great place to stay to explore the mountains around Lake Tahoe.

The property is well located with supermarkets close by. the facilities were good for self-catering. the pool and sauna were great after a day of hiking in the mountains. the room was clean and comfortable. it was great to have access to free laundry facilities in-house.

the concierge was a bit pushy. it would be nicer if they could just supply information about activities in the area.

Great room , annoying time share sellers

Room was very clean. had a mini kitchen with pots , pans , mini fridge. lots of towels and toilet paper.

Check out from what i remember was always at 11 or 12 . This place has check out at 10. Not good especially since we received our room late. the second annoying thing is the guys trying to sell you time shares. If i repeatedly tell you NO just end the conversation. I drove 3 hours last thing i want is to be bothered with time shares . I even told them am tired and don't feel like talking about it . but he wouldn't understand.

Great place!

The kitchenette was fully stocked with pot and pans, dishes, cheese grater. Cute set up. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Over all a great stay.

I wish we had a better view. And I thought we were getting a room with a balcony. And wish they would of said ahead a time that the deposit would be 300.00 that caught me off guard.

Hidden fees

Location was great

Studio was small. Somehow ended up $100 more taxes and fees than what was expected. That was in addition to the parking fees for a lot across the street.

Charging for parking, seems ludicrous to charge for parking when I’m pretty sure everyone staying there has a vehicle. It’s more of a money grab. And of course they may say that stops others from parking there that aren’t staying, but then getting your license number should suffice when you check in.

The location and confort in the room

The parking. Small capacity in the building and 2 or 3 blocks to park in the other area. I Really think is not fear to pay extra fees for parking. I payed for valet parking and always I had to go my self for my car! They refunded me the difference for this service. By the way they can ask for good tips instead.

Nice place, but a circus. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Liked location next to the lake.

Room wasn't ready when it was our paid time. Not easy to check in, because all of the 15 min parking was blocked off for some reason. So it was a traffic jam in the small entrance. Parking was always full so you had to park blocks away. Was woke up on our last day to someone wanting to sell us a time share. Not a relaxing stay at all.

There were 17 in our family group in Lake Tahoe for a family wedding. The hotel surpassed out expectations.

Great location in South Tahoe with beach access.

Self parking very limited. Lot at hotel full much of the time necessitating use of valet. It would have been nice to have breakfast included but coffee available in the lobby.

Very good

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance to many restaurants and the water. The happy hour prices were fair. The room size and amenities were great.

The parking situation was frustrating as the lot on property was full every night upon our return. There were renovations going on, so hallway floors were lined with protective covering which made things feel like you were in a construction area.

Location is excellent, building from the outside looks great, lobby looks great but the rooms beds and floors need a lot of help.

Beds are uncomfortable. My room felt like they had just washed the carpet and did not fully dry it.

It was a fun vacation for our family.

It was very close to the lake and a water sport area. There’s shopping and food within walking/scooter distance. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We also enjoyed having a kitchen in our suite.

There is no parking on the premises for regular guests. Which is incredibly inconvenient if you’ve brought groceries or have to haul things up to the room.

We wonderful time! We will definitely visit again!

Overall this place was wonderful. The service was phenomenal, the location was great, and it was clean. It was definitely showing signs of wear and tear but it was very clean - things are just older- however I do think they are renovating so that will likely be spruced up soon. We had a view of a courtyard which was just ok, I was hoping for a lake view but to be honest it didn’t look like more then a handful of rooms would have had any view of the lake. The location is very close to the marina- however there isn’t really a public beach nearby so plan to drive a little. My only complaint is the parking… its awful and if it fills up you park across the street which is especially frustrating when it’s raining. Other then the frustrations with parking we have no complaints and would definitely stay here again

I enjoyed the location.

The room beside mine smelt strong of Marijuana and it radiated into the shared hall and shared entry way. (Not family friendly).The bed was INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Probably the worst nights sleep of my life staying here. I woke up in physical pain each morning from a sleepless night due to how stiff and hard the mattress was. The room was clean overall, I will give it that. The room was out of shampoo as soon as we got there and the TV was fuzzy the entire time. These are minor compared to the horrible mattress. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend family or friends. I have had a better night's sleep at a motel 6. I feel like I paid for a bad night's sleep and a hurt neck. There are better hotels I'd recommend up the road.
