Quite okay.

Breakfast especially the omellete bar

Old furnitures, saggy couches, hard pillows, the building itself is too old. Lamp shades are cracking/chipped/crisped, big lamp in the room is busted. Cabinets doors need to be fixedThe property should update and renovate the facilities/furnitures. Its not worth the price.

Dobra lokalizacja, fajna opcja z suttle bus i transportem z i na lotnisko, ale dodatkowa opcja ze spaniem, słaba.

dodatkowe spanie- mieliśmy rezerwację na 6 osób- opcja z 2 podwójnymi łóźkami plus sofa. Sofa nie nadawała się praktycznie do spania!

It was a pleasant experience overall, and the staff was friendly.

Room was nice parking was expensive breakfast was not the best

it was close to everything

I did not like breakfast u get a ticket for omelettes we started 2 days and had 4 people and only had 4 tickets so that means u only get 1 one u should be able to get one a day. The best part about breakfast was the yogurt

Great breakfast. Size of room was fantastic. Loved the atrium. Double doors on the rooms. Easy assess to convention center.

Slow elevators. Wish there were more. Price of parking.

It was nice and would stay again for sure.

Very clean, staff were all very nice. The free breakfast and happy hour was great.

The only things I didn’t love is the “hangout” area did get a little loud later in the night but the staff did close it out by 10pm so it wasn’t horrible and I do kind of wish the room door itself had a shade of some kind because even though it is frosted the light from the hall was still pretty light inside the room and made it hard for the people sleeping on the pullout sofa bed. But still nothing so bad .

I wish we could stay at the Embassy every time we travel.

Transportation to and from the airport. Great breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. Great property.

Got the conference suite because there was no other rooms left. Would have preferred actual furnitur

Breakfast was the best part of the stay!

Internet was horrible. Conference suite needed something other than a huge conference table. No comfy chairs.

Both the King bed and the pull out bed were not comfortable. Need new mattresses. Potato wedge for breakfast were not good. Eggs were too runny and pancakes were blah. Need to step up the food. The Embassy Suites in the North Loop had great food a few years ago.

Very good

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the beds were nice and comfortable and everything was clean!

The only downside we felt there was is that if you have kids with you and they are in the separate room on the pullout sofa bed, the light comes through the glass doors very early and if they are light sleepers it’s bright enough to wake them up earlier than you might like.

Elevators wonky, almost got stuck. Also there is a guy roaming around breakfast buffet hustling to sign up people for points programs. Classless. Makes hotel out to be a used car lot

despite the temperature in the room it was a great hotel next to stores and restaurants and I would stay there again!

Beautiful, clean, staff were nice. breakfast was great lots of variety!

it was freezing in our room and staff reported that room temperature only gets to a certain temperature.
