Great last minute decision!

We will be going back for sure.

We had a room that the temperature wasn’t good and they immediately switched us to a cooler room with no problem. Also the windows are gorgeous and have such a nice view.

I loved it.

Booked that location for the pool. Very disappointed our son was not able to use it.

Location and they it had a pool however the pool was being renovated. The property said the info is on their site but it was not on booking.com and not related to us.

We did not enjoy our stay at all

Staff including housekeeping and those at the front desk. Parking garage area is not well lit. Weed smell as you enter the lobby during certain hours of the day. No room service.

The dirty hotel for out of towners

The elevator had hand prints like it was never cleaned. The floors were not vacuum, and the room it was disgusting the bathroom toilet had brown stuff on the seat. The shower had soap scum on the walls. The rug in the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. It was very dusty, and the cover was just put on the bed. The bed was not made under the covers. It's was bad. I won't go back for a second stay.

The hospitality that's it.

Don’t stay here

The heat was not working I slept fully dressed with my coat on. Front desk was rude and inconsiderate. They had to bring me a space heater.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff accommodating.

It was convenient for our needs.

The location of our room. All the noise, we’ll into the night. We could hear talking and music.

With the door lock jamming and the sofa bed mattress issues being the only issues, the stay was overall great!

The location was great and close to a lot of places. The pool and whirlpool were nice. The bed was a bit firm, but overall comfortable.

Had a bit of trouble getting into the room with the key card, like the lock was jammed, and the sofa bed mattress had a really large dip in it, making it uncomfortable.

Not a great example of the Hilton Brand.... Im a big fan normally

The bar staff were very nice, and made great cocktails.... and were very apologetic when we had to order food for the rooms from the bar due to "covid regs" thus room service is still not happening - in June 2023!!!

This is an old hotel... it needs a little TLC. But the fact that the hotel still does not clean rooms everyday nor make up beds with out guests needing to request... due to "Covid regulations" in June 2023... is simply staggering.

It was a good location from the gillette concert that we attended. Price was a little high

Bed was fairly comfortable, staff was friendly

hotel was a little smokey, parking garage underneath didn't feel particularly safe, it was dark and smelly

Good stay - met our needs

Room was comfortable. Bed was ok but nearing need for mattress replacement.

Pool water was a little cloudy - hair from others swimming caught in fingers. Staff very responsive to replace towels when told were out

good hotel. definitely worth the stay.

the bed was so comfortable. the good downstairs was great. I was there for a funeral so I was not in the greatest of spirits. given my circumstances, I had a “good” time.

the shower was stained (floor of the shower). there was hardly any room to keep shampoo/soap in the shower. this is a very minor complaint. the walls between the rooms were very thin, but thankfully I had quiet neighbors.

the room wasn’t cleaned at all in the week stay no clean towels , broken heating system. No cover fir duvet only sheet !

Doesn't use a fitted sheet, didn't get the room we booked (however were able to try and move us, but timing didn't work out), no foot stool for chair in room
