I paid 420$ for 2 nights and that was bery bad deal for that level of service and quality. I regret about my stay there.

Quite close to the Dedham train station. Lovely staff at the reception.

The room stank so hard that it was hardly able to breathe. That bad smell was from AC and so all the furniture, also carpet stank awful. The bath was in need of refreshment. Also the whole interior was pretty old and dirty.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff very helpful.

Restaurant for dinner was a walk outside. I thought it was going to be right within the hotel.

Enter way was nice that's about all

Old run down building.. Its half is been use as homeless shelter.. That's fine but I'm a paying guest with 4 kids.. And they put me that side... Its honestly way over priced hotel $100/night is max what it's worth.. We didn't feel safe in this hotel.. We also paid for pool.. That was as closed.. I would honestly advice anyone to pay the extra 30/40$ and go somewhere else... My experience was shocking here.. Kids was scared of there life's..

Clean hotel in between Boston and Foxboro - good value for what it is

It was a good location and clean

There were a bunch of dudes tailgating in the parking lot at 2am and we could hear them and I'm not sure why they were allowed to do that

The king size bed was comfy. The room was clean.

People smoking in front of the hotel. The room I reserved was not available when we arrived and a discount was promised. At check out I only received half of the promised discount.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. It used to be clean nice comfortable to stay. I don’t know what happen

Staff was friendly play room was cleaned and comfortable

Too many kids running around making noise the hallway was filthy a lot of trash in front of my door

Dedham Holiday Inn

Indoor swimming pool. Location is great.

Booked ahead by more than a few days and because the previous night was full, room wasn't ready by 3.3o. Had to take 2 queen beds, not king as ordered. No compensation offered; neither points nor breakfast.Very far from front desk and when I returned from night out, neither key worked.

there’s no batteries in the remote control I called out to the front desk. He said he’ll be right up I called again late

The place was nice good location

not much about the property, except there was no batteries in the remote control, and I had a hard time getting them

Great housekeeping. Bed was made and linens changed appropriately. Very responsive temperature control. Comfortable mattress and pillows.

Expected a larger bathroom, very small fridge with no freezer, requested microwave on first day of stay but didn't receive one until 3 days later and had to call several times that day.

Adequate acoomodations with excellent accessibility to shopping, dining and major highways.

Stellar location. Hot water, bed and pillows.

Dated. Needs refurbishment. Smell of marijuana throughout the halls.

Awful.

Nothing.

Dark, dirty, sketchy people everywhere, smells like urine in rooms, halls wreak of weed and cigarettes. Unsafe unsafe unsafe. I deeply regret not reading the one star reviews before booking here. Also, highly recommend looking up a news article of a random armed robbery and stabbing in Jan 2021. Following that event, there is no excuse for unsafe conditions. A refund doesn’t fix this problem.

Poor

Door handle was loose, hard to use, lights did not work, heat was difficult to use. Staff at front desk was not very helpful. Manager was very apologetic and refunded my money.

false advertising and I’ll never stay at a holiday inn express or use booking again for a room. I paid for a room I didn

false advertisement. paid for a suite. it wasn’t a suite. bed linens were filthy and I would t sit on the bed let alone sleep in it. phone didn’t work and staff refused to fix it. states it had a balcony and private entrance and didn’t have either.
