A great resort which has fallen on some maintenance shortfall. Tremendous potential unrealized.

Room was clean, hot breakfast was very good, staff friendly and helpful

The property once was a desireable facility. It is currently in a serious need of basic maintenance. The grounds offer potential to have great appeal, but are sadly neglected , and it is obvious. Weeds out side room entrances, especially room10, are knee high or higher, indicating this type of maintenance has not been given satisfactory attention since the start of the season. This type of maintenance does not require much cost, just some simple effort.

It was great for the dogs.

The space was GREAT for the dogs. A perfect location for touring plans. Enjoyed talking with staff.

The general condition and safety of the property could use a complete overhaul. The pictures on the website are certainly miss leading. Full breakfast was only avail;able two days of our stay, Since you asked; difficult getting the TV to work, the toilet was lose in the bathroom, the floor was spongy, there wasn't any WIFI, the ceiling tiles were hanging from their brackets in the ceiling, the room was smokey, shower valve was faulty, you couldn't regulate the temperature and there was litter around the property.

We will never stay in a Canada's Best Value Inn again, extremely disappointed.

The area was quaint and quiet and scenic.

The hotel was decrepit, outdated, and damaged. Not at all how it is advertised online. The room was gross, old and not clean. Carpets were stained and not clean, sheets had stains, bathroom shower had hair, bed mattress was on a tilt, main door had sticky locks, very hard to open. There seemed to be long term residents on site. Two adult men were biligerent and arguing outside our door at night. When we flushed the toilet the bathtub drain gurgled. We didn't bother trying the continental breakfast due to lack of cleanliness. We glanced at the pool which looked outdated and the area had random junk lying around.

Comfy but needs more help and some repairs .

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly The pool was nice.

The dining area was cluttered with boxes and dated, the breakfast was not cooked enough the first morning, the eggs could have been cooked longer, I think she needed more staff and someone to do the breakfast to keep it replenished because there was only toast and cereal the next morning, no hot breakfast. The pool was nice but needs better furniture to sit on for the deck . The place needs some paint just to freshen up. The owner seemed to have to do everything watch the dining area and desk down stairs . Not enough staff for the size of the motel.

Dissatisfied

Beds were comfortable.

We were In a 2 bedroom suite. Lack of hot water for morning showers. Can opener in kitchen was broken. Earwigs in kitchen and bathroom, dirty bedding, went to office to office to get a replacement can opener and they did not have any available. Creaky floors. Plugs falling out of the wall outlets trying to charge phones. Wifi did not work in the rooms had to go outside closer to the office. Won't be staying here again.

Very good value for money. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, this is an older motel. The included breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Thé staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. And the breakfast included everything one needed. I found the room itself very clean.

I am not used to smoking these days and didn’t smell it in the premises but was surprised at the « ashtrays » outside.

Loved the location and super friendly staff!

Wonderful, but you better get there early!

Room could have used more overhead lighting, and shower was tad on the smaller side. Jet tub made up for that.

The staff go over the top ensure that you feel taken care of, the rooms are so clean, bright and comfortable. I love this place! Very close to downtown, safe and quiet, bed are excellent, bedding is exceptional!

This property is a hidden gem. Just outside of Summerside, it only takes 7 minutes to be in the heart of downtown. Its quiet and lovely, very clean rooms, good value for your money and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Home away from home!

The room was clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Happy to see a laundry room. Location was fine.

Lugging our bags up the stairs to the second floor. Unfortunately for us the main floor rooms were fully booked.

Friendly staff and location is good

The outside hallway is very dirty and during my 5 days stay there I did not see them clean or mop the floors and clothes hanger are on top of the mini fridge can't hang my clothes because the fridge it there. This is room 24 in Bedeque Prince Edward Island. The outlet/plug for the air conditioner is out of order so the cord is plug towards the microwave and it runs towards the sink very dangerous

We decided not to spend the night and went somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful. Location was good.

The rooms were very old and in need of renovation. The ceilings were falling down, flooring lifting, furniture very old. One would not have liked to sit in the sofa. Kitchenette very basic and not clean
