“mountain view” isn’t really much of a view - parking lot, trucks, construction equipment

Wld def stay again

comfortable and close to everything. staff were amazing. Lady in brekkie room is an absolute sweetheart….

Our room wasn’t made up at all 2 nights we were there? Given fresh towels at door… 😟

Quick little getaway for a hockey tournament

We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the breakfast room. The hotel is also right downtown and close to everything.

The bathroom was small.

O.K. breakfast. Location good. Unfortunately foggy - so no view. Glad I didn't pay for a waterfront/view room!

More staff on in reception. Ferry night - arriving after midnight and only one person in reception. I arrived and only one group ahead of me. Those who arrived later may have been waiting some time to check in.

Ok option for a one night stay

Reception staff very friendly. Room faced the parking lot - bathroom is tiny. Breakfast lady not very welcoming and food was nothing special. View in lounge area was spectacular.

Nothing special but totally fine.

We arrived very late at about 1:00 am (ship from Port Hardy). Check In without any problems.

Great for a quick overnight, welcoming and clean.

We only stayed for 8 hours so had no chance to use the facilities however we were warmly welcomed and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had to taxi from the train and back to the ferry, too far to walk, yet an quick ride.

No complaints.

Basic place to stay

They have a grab-n-go style breakfast for people who need to leave early to catch the ferry. Placed order on paper the night before, and it was delivered promptly to our room at the exact time we specified. Place was well maintained. Noticed a person carefully touching up building paint with a brush when we arrived.

Parking lot is super tight. A few bigger vehicles ended up pinching off the flow of traffic when they parked.

The location is excellent, the room is lovely, the staff are exceedingly kind and helpful.

The hotel was very accommodating with our need to store our luggage and then hang out in their lounge until it was time for us to catch our ferry. They couldn't have been more kind to us.

for one night it is fine, for anlanget stay it would be a bit ein down.
