Dirty, escalators broken, elevators dirty,food is expensive, unfriendly staff.

Its location on Waze sucks, also when you check in they don’t go out of their way to give you good directions so you can easily get lost.

They don’t have any microwaves in the hotel so you can if you go out to sight see and buy food you can come to warm it up, the microwave they have is 2 dirty microwaves by star bucks for every one to warm up food. They want everyone to buy their food which is highly expensive and not necessarily what you want. Even though I booked the place with inclusive breakfast.

Love New Orleans and Love Hilton Properties and this one is Great

Rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Lots of eateries on the premises!

Not that I don't like it. But its BIG! Be prepared to walk!

It was okay definitely not worth the money paid.

Nice clean and close to where we needed to be

They charged a lot for parking so I didn’t get a rental car. They didn’t offer free breakfast like was advertised. And I took almost two hours to check in because they couldn’t find us a room, even though I called and said we will arrive late for check in and wanted to make sure our room wasn’t given away. The rooms were also sooooo far from a group.

I had a great time and this hotel was an ideal location for a work conference but also for fun.

Everything. Bed was comfortable. Great place for a conference. Restaurants and convenience was great. Location to outside activities was great!

I loved how nice and neat and clean everything was. The staff was super nice! And very accommodating. The view was so amazing!

Well I thought that breakfast was free for our stay while we were there... we didn't know anything about a voucher, so we paid $105.00 for breakfast and we had no clue........ I didn't understand.

We had traveled from Alabama for Mardi Gras. The location of the hotel was great to many stores and restaurants.

Location was great. Bar had a great selection of drinks to select from.

Waited about an hour and half to get my room service on my final check out day. Ended up leaving and ended up eating elsewhere.

Rooms and Hotel clean. On the most part everyone was friendly and helpful except for the gift shop girl. She acted like we were bothering her. Location great.

Had to pay $44 for parking after spending $213 for the room. Hotel should give free parking for the guest.

Housekeeping did a great job for every except my last night there. I over paid for my room. Once in February and once we arrived we was forced to pay again.

We paid twice for the same room. And was not reimbursed. We pay once in February when we booked the room. And once for me, you’re right, we’re forced to Pay all over again. So we are on the line. Our registration from February was lost.
