Club Level room no worth the price .Standard room looks like good option in NOLA
Great location - close to attractions, bars and restaurants. Excellent location and elevators. Good and fast elevators. Another good point. There is a panel where you type floor and the screen shows which elevator to take. Helpful Staff
The hotel may be reasonable for staying in a standard room. But I opted for the "Club Level" and it was disappointing, because I paid a lot more and it's not worth it. To begin : I paid a lot more to stay in the "Club Level". Just to stay on a higher floor, as there is nothing that justifies staying on the "Club level". -The room is common, like any 3 star hotel, and doesn't even have a fridge. I was promised by message :"the quietest room in the hotel". The room was noisy, mainly noise from the elevator that does not end. No fridge and noisy. -The access lounge does not have alcoholic beverages, and to drink there is water, tea and coffee. Food: cheese and hummus, every day the same, and two hot foods that vary, almost always fried. Limited hours. - Breakfast: I never imagined that a Sheraton would have such basic breakfast: Eggs, pieces of fruit, cheap yogurt, cold bread, bacon. If it was a cheap hotel, breakfast would be good, but for a hotel that should be luxury, no. As for the hotel without considering "Club Level": Big room, basic, wifi where they try to push you to become a member or pay, good and big safe. Room not cozy and dark. Elevator noise. Summary: staying in a standard room is a reasonable option, for the price and location, but don't count on a luxury hotel. If you opt for the "Club", you will pay for something that is not worth it. The Club's cost-benefit ratio is poor. From the standard room it seems to be reasonable, but I didn't stay there I would probably give it a higher rating. But as I was in the "Club Level" lower grade.

My stay was good except the bar manager who put a real discriminatory damper on our stay.
Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. The food was good and the bed was comfortable.
The Bar Manager was extremely rude. She ignored us at the bar talking to the bartender, then proceeded to assist a caucasian male although we had been waiting much longer. When we went to the desk to complain another manager was assisting us. She knew we were telling him what happened. She started to argue with us trying to defend herself then threw up her hand at us and told him, "You take care of that" and walked off. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. There should be no tolerance for rude, disrespectful and unprofessional employees. We did make a complaint with another manager the next day who said she would address the matter. I could tolerate the bathroom door not closing in a room by myself but not the detrimental treatment. People like that should not be working with the public.

The location compensated for all the negative aspects.
I liked its location.
The common areas of the property appear outdated, and the service at the restaurant is sluggish and unsatisfactory.
