Do not stay there.

Location

Room noisy, smelled bad, staff would not make up sofa bed, dirty facecloth behind nightstand, staff refused to move us to another room because they didn’t have a housekeeper on duty.

Muy caro para lo que es.

Cogimos este hotel, entre otras cosas, porque tenía una sala de lavandería. Sin embargo, todas las lavadoras y secadoras estuvieron "estropeadas" durante las 2 semanas que duró nuestra estancia. Además, en teoría el servicio de limpieza de habitación es cada 2 días. Estuvimos hasta 4 días sin que nadie viniera a limpiar. Calidad-precio muy mal. En recepción no daban explicaciones por nada y simplemente pedían perdón.

Großzügige Zimmer, die Sauberkeit war schlecht.

Großzügiges Zimmer, Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Sauberkeit war insgesamt im Hotel nicht besonders hoch. Zimmer werden nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt.

Moins bien qu'auparavant

Situation idéale pour un séjour à Boston ; proximité des transports en commun ; hôtel confortable

Prix excessif ; L'hôtel était en travaux pendant notre séjour sans que nous en soyons prévenus avant notre arrivée ; La qualité du petit déjeuner a nettement baissé par rapport aux années précédentes (je fréquente cet hôtel depuis 3 ans) alors que le prix ne cesse d'augmenter ; Globalement, la prestation est moins bonne qu'auparavant. Nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants pendant deux nuits.

Comfortable with excellent front desk team hotel 20 min drive from city center

The staff , especially Rafael, were kind, helpful and gave rapid response to our questions and needs. The restaurant across the street was excellent. The breakfast is sufficient and quite diverse. Free Parking is available near the hotel.

The hotel is old and ready to renovation. The equipment, such as microwave oven, was without a plate, and the door knob was fixed while we've checked-in the room. As we arrived after 7.5 hours of flight from Europe and were very tired, we didn't expect to receive a room with no sheets and pillows for 3 of the guests. We had to arrange it ourselves. For a family of 5, it was quite difficult to get a taxi, and the distance from the city center was quite challenging.

Immer wieder gerne, Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage für die Erkundung von Boston und Umgebung Ideal. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Zimmer/Bad war sauber.

Ausstattung ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber es funktioniert alles Einwandfrei.

The size of the room was very good. The bed was very comfy and the Lounge setup was superb

The place was simply awful

Nothing

The furnishings were old and beat up. The lobby and rooms smelled of burnt food and smoke. The elevators even smelled. The breakfast was awful. The coffee was watered down and a knife could not even cut the hash browns.

Good Breakfast; people working there were friendly.

Luis, the afternoon reception clerk was very understanding and listened to our bad experience coming from the airport. Gave us some important points to consider when visiting Boston and that helped us a great deal.

During our stay, at night when we went back to the hotel, the people at the front t desk were not courteous at all. Room wise: trash was supposed to be picked up during the day as we had requested to the person at the front desk in the morning. However, when we arrived at night trash was still inside the room. On the other hand, (since we asked for a couple of towels) a bunch of towels was left inside a plastic trash bag outside our room door. We were surprised, but hey ...they were clean. Last, but not least it will help to resurface the bathtub, as it shows signs of rust in the middle. Thank you.

Great place to stay

The staff at check in and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and there were two mains and two USB sockets on each side. The hotel was quiet despite being near a busy junction and access transit was convenient (bus stop outside, short walk to the subway).

While the food at breakfast was good, the plastic cutlery is a let down, both for the environment and the experience.

A hotel with homely comfort.

It is fully equipped service apartment type facility (with living room, dining table, fully equipped kitchen even with diswasher, cloth closet, iron and board everything). Anything and everything is provided. Staffs are super professional and do take care their guests' need personally. To be honest, their cooperation is not normally seen in other US based hotels (i am a frequent traveller and hence can confidently say this). Location in a nice and quite community. Nearby bus station. Close to Harvard. If anyone coming to Harvard with family and before settling, this hotel is perfect as an anchor with the comfort of an home. Breakfast was enough and suffienct with a very nice restaurant ambience to give you a good kick start at morning. If i visit here again, i will 100% stay here again.

Small technical glitch. Room air conditioner had some issue and made loud noise. Being an engineer, i am sure this was just a stand alone incident and will be taken care by authority. Weather was comfortable, so i kept window open, so no issue for me after switching off A/c.
