Very average at a price of a luxury hotel

No security cámaras. A group of individuals were kicking doors I found out they were doing that since before the day I arrive on Saturday I spoke to other guess that experience the same scare situation I when to front desk and I demand if they can see the cámaras the answer was no cameras and they confirm that other people complain about individuals kicking doors if is that the case with a huge facility why is not security walking the hallways any one can get hurt and no security cameras that was scared and I won’t stay there or recommend to anyone to stay if they can control any situation is a risk that I won’t take for my kids or any family that stay there

Not being able check in time before 30min before check in time

The beautiful scenery on the inside

I drove all way from NC. Get there at 1200pm and was told I had to wait til 3pm because they had a event. I went back at 230pm just be told again wait til 3pm. After driving hours you would think they would accommodate me just a little. Also was unaware about the 70 dollar deposit until I check in. Never stated it on the website.

Was great for the reason we were going to NJ

The hotel was awesome and the staff was great. Nice having the hotel bar as well.

The only thing I didn't like was the price. With taxes and fees on booking.com I was promised a price of $184. When I checked out and received my bill via email. The price was $220. I emailed the hotel with no response.

We didn’t have a restful stay in the hotel.

The whole place is clean and spacious!

The room is too hot! We were not able to sleep good. We changed our room 2x the ventilation is poor. We’re unable to adjust the temperature of the room. I don’t think their HVAC system is working. Breakfast is mediocre.

An extra dining option for dinner. Ruth Chris is very expensive and it seemed the only other alternative was to eat at the bar.

The hotel public facilities were not clean and were worn and tired. The room air conditioning didn’t work. There was no options for lunch.
