Goed voor tussenstop

Gratis ontbijt was gewoon, zoals verwacht. De douche in de badkamer was heel goed, lekker warm water. De kamer was redelijk qua grootte. Gratis parking voor de auto, word stilaan een zeldzaamheid… Prijs kwaliteit vind ik dit een goede optie om te overnachten.

Het bed had beter gekund. Matras was te zacht voor mij, gelukkig maar 1 nacht daar geslapen. Spijtig dat er geen lift is, voor zeulen met de bagage naar boven, maar de receptionist stelde wel voor om te helpen. Het is gedateerd, maar ja voor de prijs die je betaald moet je ook geen super de luxe verwachten.

A good place to stay if overnighting in Kamloops.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Run down and cramped

Spend a little more and stay at a better place. This place had a score of 7.7 on booking.com and so I expected it to be at the level of other places I booked (such as Best Western or other places charging about $225/night for 2 queens in the shoulder season). I will be avoiding all Super8 accommodations in the future. There was a bug in the bathroom (pale beetle-style), the carpets on the main floor need replacing, the curtains look sad and should be replaced with blinds. Our room was painted half blue and half yellow. The hallways are narrow and the rooms are cramped. The bathrooms look like home bathrooms from 1985 not hotel bathrooms from 2024. The clientele is rough and I didn't feel safe. A couple near us had a yelling-match, and the police were called for some sort of situation upstairs. The only bright spot was the front desk clerk who was nice. I would not stay here again. The breakfast was disappointing overall.

A wonderful night’s sleep. Comfy bed, so quiet. All we had hoped for.

Room was super quiet. No traffic noise at all. Close to mall, etc.

Nothing at all.

good for the one-day trip you can have tea and cocoa from the front area it was quite to stay tiny gym but good enough for 1 person

Great, clean hotel, reasonably priced right by the highway. Ideal for travelers. Recommended.

Very clean and well organized motel at a very convenient location by the highway. Reasonable prices. Free breakfast was a plus. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows ever!

We liked pretty much everything.

Good location, basic hotel.

Location close to Aberdeen mall, Costco and lots of restaurants.

The shower /bathtub did not drain and leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Pour une nuit

Motel qui aurait bien besoin d'une rénovation notamment la moquette dans les couloirs et dans les chambres. Chambre double-double assez grande, lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est proposé ce qui est assez rare dans les motels du pays et est plutot copieux. Une voiture est nécessaire pour se rendre aux restaurants du centre ville.

The staff were nice and friendly, and having a room in the first floor was convenient for petowners.

The staff were very nice and friendly. It was convenient for us that we got a room on the ground floor since we have a pet and quite a bit of luggage for three people and a dog. The breakfast was satisfactory. Very easy access from Highway 1.

The room we have was a bit small for three people and a dog. There was somewhat of an unpleasant smell when we entered the room. I think because the place is a bit outdated and the carpeting needs to be professionally washed.

Disappointed this time with TV not working and no clean up after each day when I asked.

Location

Had to move to queen room from king as TV did not work. There was no compensation for this inconvenience. Asked for room to be cleaned every day and was not. Asked for king room closer to entrance and was promised but when given the key it was at the far end.

Would stay again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Being able to access streaming services was a lovely bonus. Breakfast was yummy.

The room smelled a bit musty. To be expected with the age of the building. Did not detract from our stay in any way.

Loved the staff, very helpful, nice view.

The staff was awesome, they were super helpful and understanding about my friend not being very mobile. The breakfast was pretty good, and the waffles were great.

Exceptional

I was travelling with two seniors for medical appointments. The front desk staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. They upgraded us to a suite without charge and offered help and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast choices were excellent - with a good selection available - better than I've seen at other similarly rated accommodation.
