I do recommend this hotel specially when you want to stay for a short time.

Everything went good and I had a good time there such as free parking, comfortable beds and clean area.

A breakfast was included when I booked my trip however, the reception informed me that there is no breakfast included because the hotel management was changed after our booking time. Although they tried to deal with this, they provided us with some breakfast complementary coupons which was annoying for us because that wasn't what we expected.

The location

It was rundown. The breakfast was terrible, did not refill anything. Muffins were dry. First day no yogurt, breakfast til 9:30am but at 9:00am when we went down it was empty.

It was a nice clean room.

The options for breakfast were not great. They had 2 different cereals mixed in one dispenser. Just enough yogurt for our family but not for anyone else. No real options for anyone who is gluten free aside from yogurt and fruit. There was no apple juice for an option. The fold out couch didn't have bed sheets, blankets or pillows. Had to go down and grab some from the front desk. The pillows where honestly terrible, didn't get a good sleep for that reason. Bed was great, pillows not so much.

It looked older but was clean and the price was excellent

the smell from the restaurant was lingering in the halls on arrival.

Love the location and the room with a jacuzzi tub in it, after a long day it's wonderful for relaxing in.

Wasn't really anything I didn't like.

usually always have a great stay here but was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.

the staff are great to deal with and very accommodating.

the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. pee on the side of the toilet. taps were filthy and toothpaste splattered on mirror. had to switch rooms three time and finally gave up on asking for a clean room.

staff was kind very clear happy supportive and genuine

the restaurant attached not associated too hotel but staff had a very ugly night shared w entire group of customers👎🏽 yelling unprofessional just straight ugly w each other. Our dinner for (6) came but 20 mins later w got our dinner plates too eat from. I served my elder father from egg roll dish. I placed complaint w fill in manager but went on denial of issues. A mother packed her food and child up too remove her child as witness such ugliness. poor poor situation not happy customer at all w restaurant. Hotel tho was plus 10 high thumbs up.

Overall satisfactory. The restaurant on site was handy and served good food.

The room was a good size. Beds were clean. Check in went quickly and the front desk people were very nice. There was satisfactory parking. They did have a breakfast from 6 am to 9 am that was somewhat limited - toast, muffins, cereal, bananas, apples, coffee, juice, tea, yogurt. The facility was dated and needed repairs throughout but it looked like they might be working on it.

The refrigerator needed cleaning. The table top was sticky.

We were just passing through town and were spending the night. The Hotel was convenient and clean.

It was right off the highway so quite convenient. the Hotel was plain but it was clean and had probably been renovated not too long ago. the bedding and towels were clean. the room was a generous size with a bit of a sitting area with a couch and a couple chairs. there was a Chinese Food Restaurant in the building and the food was good so we didn’t have to go far to eat. there was a shopping Mall that was close enough to walk to if we had wanted. the Staff were pleasant and efficient.

it was a bit pricy but probably comparable?

Should have paid slightly more and gone to a better hotel nearby.

Good to wifi and A/C, location was fine. Staff were friendly and allowed a 1 hour early check in.

Hot tub, pool, and gym amenities were all closed with no sign of re-opening. Breakfast was a meager attempt.

really liked the space! lots of room. great value.

pool wasn’t open yet. kitchen only had dishes for 2, and were dirty coming out, no forks. walls needed cleaning in the rooms near the garbage, and around the table. it looked like spills that weren’t cleaned up.

Overall, we were happy with the value we received but the breakfast offerings could have been improved.

The hotel had a very good Chinese restaurant attached to the ground floor.

Although the building was clean, it is showing it’s age and could use a renovation. The front desk was sometimes left unoccupied for over 15 minutes as the staff attended to matters in other parts of the building thereby making the check in process a bit difficult.
