Great stay

Absolutely loved the location, loved the valet parking the Staff where amazing... clean rooms breakfast was really good overall everything was amazing the only thing I personally didn't like was the pool could of been cleaner & it was cold so me and my little one didn't get in.. it's also pretty small but no biggie.. other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Would stay there again.

I liked the added safety of using my room key in the elevator. Room was clean and spacious enough for my needs. Breakfast included was a good start to the day.

No cash city, ridiculous, but the stay and location was once in a lifetime experience for my concert

Location was great, right next to parking garage, about three blocks from inner harbor and all the food places etc it offers. Also four blocks from cfg arena where I went.

The room deposite is not talked about at all when I got to the location on top of my 222$ ( i already paid the room off months prior) they want $150 incidentals fee. The staff was nice but had I not worked that day they would have turned me away because no deposite. I was super furious because that was my money to spend during my stay, no one took cash and they took the deposit making me broke, they didn't care.

Good stay in an excellent location!

Breakfast was good, but could have had more variety. Location was excellent. It was close to historic sites and the aquarium. Staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Pillows were very uncomfortable and created a stiff neck. We were so excited to use the pool but it was very very cold, and my children cold barely enjoy it. Then it was closed for cleaning so we missed our afternoon swim.

It's hard to find a complaint.

Patient & kind staff, clean facility that feels safe and was consistently clean.

Not much but if I have to pick I'd say the limited breakfast and TV options but as a realistic person there was really nothing to complain about. Even the breakfast was good, maybe a 2nd full size waffle iron to reduce wait time but they're worth the wait so again, no real complaints.

The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located. The staff was very helpful with the one issue we did have. The breakfast was exceptional, and the pool was just rite.

Stayed for Lax tournament and it was great!

Friendly Staff that was helpful. Breakfast was out on time so that we could leave early! Room was super clean and comfortable.

Valet was long wait, not enough people working especially since they share with other hotel.

I visit every 3 years for my granddaughter birthday

The breakfast was very good and plentiful, Smoke free and no weed smell. location was perfect for all the attractions downtown Baltimore.

I had a one bedroom. and the room was small for 3 people.

L my stay was very eventful. I would stay there again, but not in that room.

I love the valet parking I love the service I received is also was close to the college where I needed to go for my son

We ran out of toilet paper in the room didn’t have enough towels. Also, there was a shelf in the shower that was coming from the wall. I don’t know what that it was about.

Overprice and unfriendly service

Saturday morning the bananas were rotten. The turkey sausage were dry and disgusting. However, I did fine that the breakfast on Sunday was much better.

This is my second stay at this hotel the customer service at the front desk are not very hospitable. The fact that you must call in advance to have your room cleaned was annoying. I had an overflow of trash and had to remove my own trash cans. For the cost of the hotel, I was not pleased with my stay.

Friendly staff. Free tea and coffee throughout the day in the lobby. Waffle machine at breakfast was nice.

Room window overlooked a wall. No light. Bed sheets are all polyester. Pool water was freezing (unusable). Downtown is a terrible neighborhood (we were harassed by a homophobe blocks from the hotel).
