Overall nice stay with clean room and convenience close by.

Very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable and overall a good value for your money.

No coffee or hot water for tea in the room or lobby area at all.

Bad place to stay. Old and not well kept

It needs refurbishment urgently. The rooms are very old. The furniture is ran down and there is mold in the bathroom wallpaper

Convenient staff friendly. Room was clean

I appreciate the fact they are renovating the rooms. I didn't appreciate being in a Room that was next to one being renovated. All though 9am is not a reasonable start time. I just didn't need to get woken up at that time

Was very quiet, our room was refurbished and very clean, we left on a Monday so no breakfast just a bag which had breakf

Rooms are pretty small good for a couple of nights but not long stay

Not happy at all.

The staffs are friendly.

Rooms not clean, they need to change their carpets. No lock in the bathroom. The water in the sink and in the bath tub stuck up every time we washed our hands and take a shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient.

The indoor pool is seasonal and so was not open. Your site did not explain this. We booked for the pool! Booking.com you need to do a better job!

Reserved 4 nights and arrived to broken horrible smelling fridge. Moved to a new room and found NO INTERNET or TV in whole facility for 2 days. Refunded and left

Convenient but wouldn't say this is Newburgh...well outside of the town center

Very friendly staff.

Breakfast in a bag. Well...maybe some more nutritious things than what were on offer. Still, nice gesture they do this.

Pet friendly and have stayed here numerous times and they accommodated us to a room on ground floor due to my dogs and was quiet.

We have stayed here several times and the price has gone up, but less services are provided.

Bed is very comfortable. Room and bathroom are small, but clean. Great location.

It's time to stop using the pandemic as an excuse for no breakfast, or lower the cost. Shampoo they provide is terrible.
