Comfortable

Honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a very long time. The breakfast was AMAZING! Freshly cooked and the service was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, especially for our 2 kids. Staff were very nice and the room was clean.

Booking.com indicated that breakfast was included in the price. It was not according to the staff at the hotel. Breakfast was available for an additional fee.

Comfortable. Good location.

Housekeeping threw away some food we'd set aside to eat later. Wasn't near the trash so we were disappointed they did that. Also, getting into the parking lot was sort of difficult.

The location of the hotel in regards to where our event was located.

At check in I was not asked to show identification, I was not asked if the card on file is what I was using for payment (the wrong card was charged and I am still waiting on the alleged reversal they claim to of done, my bank confirmed it is still the original transaction but the hotel refuses to do anything), the room was disgusting (toilet not cleaned, floor not swept, mini fridge covered in something sticky, trash cans had food and some sticky substance stuck inside of it, room was booked for 4 people, they only supplied enough towels for 2 people (staff seemed bothered/annoyed by me asking for more towels to accommodate 4 people), the first 2 days of my stay I was refused the chance to speak to a manager. Will not return to this hotel. Other people that I know that stayed there at the same time had very similar complaints and their rooms in very similar condition.

Great place! Would visit again.

Clean and beautiful! Kind staff!

No complimentary bathroom products were set out. It was inconvenient to have to ask for those things. I would never pay for breakfast at a hotel when we can go to restaurants with more options and pay same price.

Not worth what we paid I don't recommend this place

The room was nice breakfast was decent but limited not worth the price you pay for it

The room was to close to pool no rules for pool so it was chaotic and disgusting the dude to check us in was drunk and took 15 min to come check us in to busy smoking weed outside

Poor ADA room

Breakfast

Roll in shower bench slanted and not safe and was right below the soap dish that was attachedto the wall. . The portable shower bench they brought me was very dirty. Heavy door and was hard to get in and out in my wheelchair. Poor ADA room. Other Hilton Garden I have stayed in previously were much better. Stains on carpet Scotch tape holding batteries in TV remote ADA room almost furthest from. Elevator

Very good

When I made the reservation I mentioned that we w/b bringing our dog. There was never a mention of an additional charge for the pet ... I was charged an additional $25/nt for the dog. Really think that they should have mentioned the extra charge prior to booking. Also, they really nickel & dime you to death w/all of the extra fees & taxes.

We loved the morning staff and how clean the hotel was.

The morning staff was always cheerful and helpful, breakfast was great and hotel was clean.

We were there for a basketball tournament, we know quiet times start at 10. Didn't know that quiet time meant we couldn't sit in the lobby, front desk lady proceeded to get loud and kick us out of the lobby. She was rude and condescending. The adults were watching the basketball game and we could not get the channel in our rooms. As a paying customer I didn't think quiet time meant the lobby was off limits completely.

rude, dirty and way below par.

breakfast was ok, location was where I needed to be.

the room wasn’t cleaned. the staff were rude. parking was rammed every day. was charged $8 for something that was not on the final invoice and they can’t tell me what or why. WiFi is useless and constantly tries to trick you into paying for upgraded internet service.

rude and unhelpful staff. charged my card $8 for nothing. can’t tell me what it is and refuse to fix it. the room was not cleaned in 2 weeks, I had to ask for fresh towels.
