Great stay, wonderful staff. Reasonable rates.

Location, staff was friendly and helpful, building was safe and quiet, Large room, comfortable bed, nice TV, really nice breakfast.

Bed was a little lumpy. No Ports to charge phone w USB that I noticed, too much decaffeinated coffee in room

An indoor pool and hot tub would have been nice.

Good value, great breakfast, comfortable room.

The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast offered better options than the standard fare at most places.

Could not control the heat in the room. It was a bit warmer overnight than we would have liked. Not sure if the front desk could have changed it, as we didn’t inquire in the middle of the night.

Everything was very clean except the curtains on the window, that were damaged and dirty. The room was huge but the bathroom very small. This was not a problem for me; I was travelling alone so I just left the door opened. But if I had been travelling with somebody, it would have been complicated to get dressed in that bathroom!! (My room had 2 beds so this scenario must happen on a regular basis to other travellers.)

I will definitely be back, and I will recommend to friends/family.

I have stayed here many times, this is my "go to" hotel in Fort Wayne. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are always exceptionally clean, linens are crisp and so very comfortable.

The bed and pillows are usually very comfortable. However my last stay, the bed sagged in the middle and the pillows were hard. I have stayed here at least 5 other times and that was not the case on those other occasions.

Ok for business travel, but after 4 stay it’s not consistent each stay.

Location is great, usually quiet, breakfast is usually good, I like the toiletries in the room, the rooms are comfortable.

Tv channels- not everyone likes news and sports , price- too many variations, elevators need work, ice machine was not working on the 5th floor my last 24 hours, mini fridge in 510 freezer compartment was missing.

Quiet , clean and very comfortable.

Design of room gives a sense of privacy and space for specific purposes. I liked some staff there a long time , and likely have helped me years ago with my stay. That parked well lighted and close to building ( as single woman parking can be an issue. ) And for me quiet is so important to relax and finally to sleep. Hyatt seems good with that!

As in past elevator noise is concerning to go up inside. Coffee maker might be better with pods but ok as is.

Breakfast (steel cut oats!l was excellent. Staff super friendly.

I didnt like the AC unit right next to the bed that caused rapid temperature changes while sleeping. My particular unit was very noisy with a bad motor or something. This kept me from a perfect score on this one!

It was a nice comfortable trip and your hotel was a central part of it.

Rooms were spacious, well laid out, nicely appointed and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

There really wasn't anything.

nice hotel but definitely not the normal Hyatt hotel tI have experienced. It’s more a holiday inn express hotel.

break was not a typical breakfast I would expect from a Hyatt hotel. it was more of a cheap hotel breakfast. bathrooms were very small. the king size bed seemed to more of the size of a queen bed.

Our lil business trip

That it had a separate living space area. The breakfast was all made and was amazing. The room itself was pretty good and clean. And we had plenty of room for the family.

We had a hard time entering our room we first got there I had to go to the Main task three times to get a maiden's man to finally come up and fix our Door before we were able to get in. The lady at the counter when we first arrived was very rude.

Staff was friendly.

Breakfast had a large selection. The room was spacious.

The sausage at breakfast was not good. The toilet closet was tiny. It was so small that the door had been notched (and painted over) to be able to close and not hit the toilet seat.
