Looks impressive from the outside, great looking reception lobby, convenient to the highway

Rooms are tired and worn, in need of a refurb and a lick of paint. Staff disinterested and not motivated to be helpful or welcoming

Thee hotel really needs a make over. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart. Some of the chairs in the room need to be replace. No microwave in the room. Didn't have enough bathtowel s in the room. The pillows was uncomfortable.

Not the standard I expected from a Hilton hotel. Would not recommend this hotel until it get cleaned up.

Free car parking.

The out door pool was very dirty. The cushions on the sun beds were covered in stains and tooth picks in the planters.

Beautiful hotel.

In the beginning, no hot water. I had to run the shower for about 15 minutes before the water got hot. My room seemed warm. Adjusted the thermostat to 50°, didn't seem to help. Front desk said breakfast was included. Went to breakfast, the rude server brought a ticket. When we told her the breakfast was supposed to be free (included w/ room), she replied, "ain't nothing here free."

The pool was really pretty no lifeguards no restroom at pool area

With a truck it’s very hard to get into the parking spaces

Overall it was a great stay.

The location was perfect and we enjoyed the stay..

Mold in the ceiling and hole in the wall in the bathroom.

it was a little expensive but I don’t think I could’ve chosen a better hotel to stay at for my surgery recovery.

the lobby is pretty spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

my first room wasn’t cleaned but they did not hesitate to give me a new room. the new room was clean but a little dusty in the bathroom and my mini fridge was basically a freezer.

The lady who checked me in was nice.

No trash cans in the room, the man at the front desk wasn't welcoming, and I had to pay for my breakfast!!!!! Hilton confuses me.

The hotel needs to be remodeled because it has water damage and the air conditioner doesn’t work properly.

First time at a Hilton and we were not impressed

lobby and staff was friendly and helpful

beds were not queen sized they were full size, pillows were small and flat, bed linen was not the typical down comforter that u are use to seeing when staying at a Hilton… the room did not reflect Hilton standards. torn wallpaper, cracks in ceiling, no ceiling lights, coffee/tea set didn’t have cups and such to make it usable.
