It was a good stay, I expected a nicer place for how much we paid though.
The pool was great. The breakfast was good. The lobby is really pretty.
You can tell some stuff needs repair, like stains in carpet, paint chipping off walls, etc. At breakfast, for the buffet line, the plates ran out. We asked a worker at the omelet line for plates, and he just stared back and said not my problem basically.

Overall I'd stay again. I felt safe, it was clean and it was a walkable area for dining.
Your staff was helpful when we checked in. They were timely after a long day of travel. The pool area is fantastic for kids. Parking was easy and felt safe.
The breakfast on our first day was fine. Definitely a small area for the size hotel. The lady cooking the omelets was efficient and friendly. On the second day, food (except omelet line) was done being served by 8:40. Nothing extra was put out and a lot of people including our family didn't get to eat breakfast. We were able to get coffee and a bowl of cereal. That was disappointing.

Horrible - just horrible
The area was descent. Charging 23.00 for parking in a shady parking garage was a bit much. But they have you in that one sjnce there is nowhere else to park.
Old outdated. Dirty. Was completely booked for the night with some sports teams who ran and partied all night. And the walls are think so you heard everything! Called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. Yes there is do your damn job.

Wouldn't recommend. Over priced
Large rooms. Staff at breakfast was very nice and helpful.
Room was outdated and smelled bad. Staff at front desk was rude. Pool hot tub was out of order. Pool table was out of order. I was charged $50.00 more than I was told at booking. for a 2 night stay it was not worth $500.00

Horrible
The pool
The place had mouse and I mean we seen 4 at least. Front desk so oh there’s another one like it was normal on top of that. The worker got on the phone and yelled at the kids who were running scared. Then I pay 260.00 for night for all this to happen and on top of all that paid 20 dollars to park

I will not return
food from the bar
Sink didn’t work. I didn’t get the extra bed that was paid for my booking(no credit issued)only said I wasn’t getting it. Small children jumping in & out the hot tub. Very loud & ghetto in the pool area. Children walking around cussing stranger out & the parents just sat there. People allowing dogs in the breakfast food area with all the scratching & placing half of the body on the table. Just unsanitary & truly disgusting.

This was a great place to stay with very friendly staff.
My husband and I were there for a funeral and the young lady at the front desk made every effort to get us a room as soon as possible.
I can’t really think of anything that I didn’t like, the staff and their friendliness made the stay great.
