Nice with exceptions.

The room layout was great. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was comfortable. The bedroom was clean and cozy.

I requested a ground floor room. When I got there they had none clean to I had to get a 4 floor room. The water pressure in the shower went from okay to bad to okay to bad. The next morning the water went from hot to ice cold randomly. Not a pleasant experiance first thing in the morning. The lack of a sauna or hot tub in a place this nice is an over sight in my opinion.

Excellent hotel clean room would definitely recommend!!

The property was very clean and convenient to restaurants, shopping etc! I flew into Kansas City, and I didn’t even need a rental car except to and from the airport!

The only negative thing I can say, is that this property really needs a shuttle to and from Kansas City Airport or at least a shuttle that would take you 15 or 20 minutes away if you needed to leave the area.

Close to everything we wanted to enjoy without driving. Prompt attempts to please and correct any problems. Very good management.

Temporarily a work in progress. Our free breakfast had no bacon until the last morning of our stay, and never any biscuits & gravy. Rooms were more for office than comfort. but had no usb outlets and tv's were very small for rooms. No choice of room with firm or soft beds. We're old, so..

1st time for me that a Residence Inn stay was a swindle. 'Booking.Com' rate honored 1 of 4 nights

Facility almost as expected

No hot water, and then room rate almost doubled without notice during 4-night stay, (left early, meant to stay 5 nights)

we were there for prom. the dance was at a venue down the street.

the staff is helpful and very friendly. the hotel is clean and modern. the breakfast is so generous and great

Awful!

I liked how it was right next to legends and plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.

The hotel was under construction and I was not notified prior to my arrival that it would be. It being under construction made the hotel extremely dirty. The pool and fitness room were both closed and worst of all the beds were AWFUL!!! My husband and I woke up both mornings of our stay with our backs hurting extremely bad due to how awful the bed was.

Disappointing

We were charged twice for the same room and now in the process of jumping through hoops trying to get a refund. The hotel was very mediocre, I was expecting more from Marriot. I would not recommend this location.
