Der chlorhaltige Geruch im Zimmer. Vermutlich ein Reinigungsmittel. Dass es kein Toni Romas Restaurant dort gibt.

Snowbirds this is a place we stay for the first night when we come in and the last night when we leave beautiful hotel,

The outside pool area grounds is beautiful. They have a separate bar out there that you can order food and drinks and the surroundings are very neat. Excellent spot.

Staff were rude and unfriendly. A security guard let himself into our room late one night, and the staff didn’t even apologise for this.

Convenient Airport Location

The shuttle picked us up at the car return and shuttled us to the hotel for the night and then to the airport in the morning. The grounds are gorgeous. We had dinner at Tony Roma's. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. They printed our boarding passes for us at the front desk and went above and beyond to make our stay convenient and pleasurable.

We had to leave.

Overpriced and a let down

The pool, bar and the lake

Rooms was very average. I have stayed in motels with better rooms. I have stayed within the Hilton chain all over the world and this hotel is by far the worst. I feel like I have been ripped off. 500 dollars for 2 nights stay and at 6pm I'm asking reception why my room has NOT been cleaned and it's done every third day. When im paying 250 per night this is unacceptable. I won't stay at another Hilton again. When house keeping finally came late they did not even empty my overflowing bins. This is disgraceful. They dumped my towels on the bed too and put a bag tied of extra coffee and creamers. They could not even be bothered to but the In the room nearly and just threw them on the bed. The facilities was good but the room was disgraceful for the price we paid I feel like I have been over charged and ripped off. Stay at the clarion motels they are a better chain.

Very good

Loved the people working there! Friendly and ready to help! I really liked to spend most of my time in the pool area....was awesome! And loved the food from the restaurant too. We really enjoyed and had so much fun.

The fridge wasnt cooling well and also the AC didnt work properly.

I was super comfortable and felt very safe in the hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms was amazing. The staff were kind and very helpful. It was super quiet at night , no disturbances while sleeping. "Great coffee in the restaurant for breakfast". Great stay! Thank you!

Not able to get anything to grab a "snack" after 8p. Maybe a vending machine with various snack options would be something worth considering .

would definitely stay here again. beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and everyone was super friendly

it was close to the airport with free shuttle. bar/ restaurant on site which had really good food and loved the pool side bar.

the drinks were expensive but really no complaints whatsoever

Not what I expect from a Hilton

Amenities outside at the pool were great and most of the staff was very nice. Beds were comfy.

Paper thin walls. Loud cleaning staff, slamming doors, water pipes can be heard in the room.

Said you could pay at hotel-already charged my card despite mensayingnineantedntonoaynan alternate way. Dirty rooms and bathroom were in dire need of cleaning and update-broken refrigerator
