Hébergement confortable à proximité du centre ville.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du vieux Québec. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres, même si le lit m'a semblé un peu mou, mais j'aime les litteries plutôt fermes. Les petits déjeuner sont corrects ( en supplément) mais servis dans une salle en sous-sol, le rez de chaussée où se situe en principe le restaurant était en travaux.

Le manque d'équipements de l'hôtel, ne serait-ce qu'un bar où prendre un verre... rappelons nous qu'il est sensé être de bon standing (4 étoiles)

Habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas.

La habitación fue muy amplia y cómoda. Tenia un cuarto de baño moderno, muy amplio e impecable. La atención del personal de recepción muy buena y amable

El elevador no está funcionando porque el hotel está en remodelación y tuvimos que subir y bajar por las.escaleras de emergencia. Me hubiera gustado que se nos avisara antes de reservar o que eso generara una rebaja. No obstante a eso, la estadia fue agradable para nosotros y estamos seguros que el hotel quedará perfecto, una vez terminen la remodelación.

Personnel suriant et aimable.

Hotel en pleine rénovation. Avoir sû, j'aurais réservé ailleurs pour ne pas me réveiller dans le bruit des travaux.

Overall a nice weekend away, even during the hotel renovations.

Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

Location was sketchy as there were so many homeless people who were just outside our window. They were quite loud in the middle of the night and it was difficult to sleep. We had our dog with us and we were afraid to go outside after dark. Kitchen was nice, but missing a few important articles, such as a toaster and glasses.

overall satisfied with stay, price was a bit steep.

spacious , comfortable, clean. wonderful staff! location was good within walking distance to dining touring and shopping.

the amenities were lacking, no restaurant, bar or in room microwave. I would rate it three star, not quite 4 star level because of this.

Value for the great location and exceptional quality

Hidden modern gem in the busy downtown. Room is really quiet and clean with access to great restaurants and a short 20m walk to downtown center.

Questionable Hotel Staff, Nice facility and decent location

The facilities are clean and well maintained

We had the do not disturb sign on our door. We noticed the hotel stay did come in our room and rummaged through our closed luggage and also messed with my medicine bottles.

Exceptional

Was quite surprised by the room! The queens/kings bedroom had a small kitchen area. The ceiling was high and although right next to a busy street, it was pretty quiet! Close to the train station within walkable distance (15-20 min). I did all the tourism on foot to Old Quebec and some museums. Enough plugs for me to charge tons of electronic devices.

Great trip. Would definitely stay here again.

The guy who helped us check in was very nice. He went above and beyond! When I had a problem when i ordered take out (I don't speak French) he spoke to the delivery guy for me! It was so so helpful! Also the room was very comfortable and clean and I loved the in room espresso machine!!

Clean rooms, but poor value for money

Rooms were clean and fairly big. The bus stop is right around the corner.

The bed was too soft and bad for back, there is no restaurant or pool, the breakfast offered in room for 14 CAD is laughable, reception is understaffed, there is only one lift for entire hotel, they couldn't even provide tea bags in room, and the rooms are either facing noisy street or faces a side alley. Overall very poor value for money (we paid 400 CAD per night for queen suite).

Exceptional

This hotel is amazing. The room is clean and elegant. It is walking distance to the old Quebec. It is worth it. Lots of cafes around the hotel and supermarket. The major bus line is there to take the bus if you need to.
