Worst Hilton property ever.

Property wasn’t near any sit down restaurants. There was no local information for recommendations for entertainment or shopping or dining. Staff was not attentive.

Probably would not stay in this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly. Especially the people working at the valet booth.

Rooms were very old & need to be renovated. Elevators were slow or broken, ice machines all broken except for one. They should leave the soda fountain open to use all day, not just during breakfast hours.

It was ok Loved the breakfast and comfortable bed. Location good.

Loved the staff, common area wonderful, breakfast excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

The light switch at the door didn't work and it smelled musty /cigarets. Had to switch rooms and that light switch didn't work either. So we just turned on a light and left it on. Toilet leaked in AM but was taken care of quickly. Furniture out dated, bathroom small and dark.

Stressful!!

We stay at this hotel once or twice a year is our favorite! But this weekend was the last time we stay here!! Our mini fridge never worked and they never did anything about it the heater doesn't work and we were freezing all night and the worst part was the lady that was making the omelets from breakfast in the morning was veryy rudeee!!!! Never staying at this hotel again!!!!

Not good.

The breakfast.

The “duvet” on the bed was nothing more than two sheets with a FILTHY DIRTY comforter between them. It was disgusting. The tub was peeling, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. When I tried to us the iron, it spewed water on my clothes. I didn’t add water to it. There was no ironing board so I had to use a table.The room was freezing. This was our third time staying. The first one was just okay, the second one was worse than the first, and this last one was one was the worst. We won’t be back.

Worth it.

Breakfast and drinks at night are amazing. Above and beyond. Some of the housekeepers are so sweet. Some hate their job. Some of the front desk employees are so kind and amazing others make you feel unwanted.

The balcony!!! 2 rooms with a door. Loveeee

A waste of my time and had to find another hotel to stay in

Nothing it was dirty and so dated the bathtub looked rotted we just in and checked it minutes later

Wasn’t satisfied at all for what I was charged oh and they overcharged me cause I booked it through

Breakfast is good for one day not everyday

Asked for towel’s every night and never received any, shampoo and body wash were empty bedroom door was falling off, bathroom was dirty fixtures were about to fall off needs updated

Confortable but it could be better .

I love that the bed if comfortable and plenty of space with the little living room .

The elevators were not working properly . The elevator would stop on floors that were not selected . I understood that it was busy with the breakfast rush but at one point I was in one elevator and it stop and jolted back up .

In town for a ball tournament and the washers and dryers were not working therefor I had to get up early in the morning and go to a laundry mat a few miles away

Exceptional

It was a very nice room for a great price. Close to airport and beach. Breakfast was excellent and really enjoyed the bad and grill for dinner and drinks. Bed was great, room and linens very clean.

A/c return dripped into sink all not. Kind of strange but it is an older building.

It was clean and the front desk was great.

I ordered room service. I called an hour later and they just saw it. I had to call three times to finally get the food I ordered. And I had to cancel one as they ran out of what I ordered.

Not comfortable and relaxing stay.

Breakfast staff = very nice Shuttle service driver = very nice Front desk staff = not nice

Dirty rooms, bad/musty smelling room. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We only were given 2 pillows (family of 3) and 2 towels. We requested extras and waited a long time to get them. We called the front desk like 5 times to finally get it. Pool is ice cold!

Horrible Parking!

The room was clean. The bed comfortable.

It was very noisy due to its location by the freeway. The air conditioning did not seem to work so we slept with the window open and heard the freeway all night. Worst was the parking. The spaces are so narrow and awkward. I had to squeeze out of my car to get out. Just awful!

The bathroom was out of shampoo and shower gel, I called the receptionist they put me in long hold that never end. The swimming pool was out of towel, weld informed the receptionist but the never get clean towels

Great staff, common areas, and amenities. Sub par rooms and ridiculous parking fee.

The common areas were beautiful and very clean. The afternoon snacks and drinks were also fabulous. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was excellent and had great hours. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was great as well.

$22 a day to park is insanity. First room had an open leaking refrigerator with a towel soaking up all the water. Second room had terrible stains in the carpet and ugly looking repairs in the room made to cover up damage.
