Fantastiskt boende. Stort och fräscht rum. Fin pool på taket och skybar med milsvid utsikt över Hudsonfloden. Läget super.
Något dyrt…
4.2
location is great
this was twice as expensive as similar hotels but i booked because of the pool so kids can have a swim after our daily tours. it turns out kids are not allowed in the pool except in the morning . spent $1000 extra for nothing

Localização perfeita, em um bairro extremamente charmoso.
4.2
Location was amazing
Nothing!
4.2
value for location, room and all the amenities was exactly what we were looking for!
4.2
Location good. But full of “try hards”, wanting to take pictures on a roof top for their instagram. Good restaurants in the area if you don’t mind paying inflated prices. Not the real NY.
The hotel is interested in making money and cuts a lot of corners. They allow anyone up to the roof top which ruins it for hotel guests. There is a constant churn of people wanting to have a drink and take a photo for their instagram. This free publicity means the hotel is fully booked, can charge the rate of a 5 star hotel, but yet offer the service level of a lower ranking 4 star hotel. Room services takes ages, sometimes I had to call 3 times since they forget your order. Room are a bit shabby and worn. A double expresso by the pool cost me $21, they bought it in a half pint card coffee cup and it blew away. They charge $200 for 2 hours to rent a day bed, even for hotel guests ?!!? Sofas round the pool are free but they give them out to people who are not even interested in swimming, just “looking cool”. Kids not allowed to pool after mid-day which completely sucks. This hotel is about image and making money, not giving guests a great experience and a 5 star service experience. The rooms need a refurb, chipped furniture and stained carpets, bathroom grout is all stained and our toilet seat was broken.

Ubicación excelente, zona tranquila y cok muchas opciones para comer y cenar muy cerca( chelsea market, pier 57, pasties, catch..)

Location, service, facioity. Clean , very clean hotel.
Short stay
4.2
Excellent location, good size room (for NYC!), new and well maintained room and bathroom, general comfort of the place, rooftop terrace.
Staff at check-in were efficient and polite but not particularly welcoming and guests visiting the rooftop bar can get a bit noisy and create a queue at the lifts in the evening.
4.2
4.2
Great location in trendy meatpacking district. Close to start of the High Line. Close to Chelsea Markets. Good size room.
Price charged was more than advertised on Booking.com. When I tried to book it through the app it promised a certain price but when I clicked on submit it jumped by $600 US.
4.2
- the room was modern and spacious, with a beautiful city view from the balcony over Chelsea.
- the rooftop was probably the coolest element of this hotel, we were able to use the pool only one day because of the weather but it was an amazing experience. Also the bar/restaurant it’s stunning!
- The gym in -1 it’s well equipped
- the location is probably one of the best in the city in my opinion
- staff was kind and professional
The only reason I’m not giving 10 it’s because there were no tea/coffee in the room as well as the water costed 8$ which should always be complimentary in my opinion and experience in 5 star hotels where you already pay a pretty high fare.

Location is fantastic and my room was clean, quiet and perfectly appointed.

The location is awesome! However, the room/bed leaves a little to be desired, although I loved having a corner room with a balcony. Please provide a little less mini-bar and a little more drawer storage!
4.2
The location is fantastic. Calm, peaceful area next to the highline, with great shops and restaurants very nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good size room for NYC.
The bar and room service could be open a little later. 10:30 is quite an early finish.
4.2
Fantastic location, staff was always great, very nice toiletries provided (Grown Alchemist), great design.
Nice to have a modern speaker in the room and a Chromecast-ready TV.
Whilst the design is very nice it feels like maintenance hasn't been kept and guest experience hasn't been thought through, there were several small annoying things:
- bed table lamps broken on arrival and no replacement available
- the bathroom door is a barn-style door (not soundproof therefore) and the door didn't close properly
- not enough storage (one wardrobe, with one shelf and two small drawers)
- the thermostat was broken
- peeling wallpaper
- window crank was broken and I could open the window completely which is dangerous on the 10th floor
- no hooks for towels in the bathroom
- noisy (could hear conversation from the corridor)
- there could be one main ceiling light, I'm all for indirect lighting (table and floor lamps) but at night the room felt too dark sometimes.

Location
Great vibe
Roof top bar
Very good room
It’s New York so not cheap!!

The room was very clean, and very quiet. It was a perfect accommodation for us. On Saturday night there was an impromptu block party out in front of the hotel which was loud, but it was also fun to watch from our window and they were gone by midnight. Every other night was the quietest I've ever experienced staying in Manhattan. They made up the sofa bed every night for us since we had three to our room. They were quick to bring towels and wash cloths when we needed them as well. The location is also very good. It's so close to the high line, little island, the West Village and the Whitney. Really it can't be beat. Plus the rooftop pool was dreamy!
Maybe the option for refillable bottles in the room for water would be a nice touch instead of the 8 dollar cartons on offer. It would also be lovely to have early access to coffee, like a Nespresso machine in the room. I know that's a whole other thing, but we did have to get up very early one morning before the coffee shop was open and it would have been a delight to have access to coffee at that ridiculous hour. But really everything was great, these are just nitpicky things. We easily found coffee and filled our own water bottles during our stay.

Interesting and vibrant location; nice facilities and very friendly staff. The room (upgraded) was quite spacious.
4.2
Location was great
They could of had a coffee machine in the room
4.2
The front door and bellstaff were excellent
The rooms were not on the same floor, the rooms were both musty and hot and did not cool down properly. The level of noise was not acceptable, the hallways were loud and not monitored thru the early morning hours, the pool staff was rude and not accommodating at all.
4.2
Location
Party buses stopping directly outside with live DJs on Fri and Saturday nights
4.2
Absolutely amazing location
The outsourced concierge system was a disaster; tiny, awful gym
4.2
The location is probably the best place to stay in NY. Neightborhood is full of restaurants, bars, stores, Chelsea Market is just a few steps, subway is reasonably close. The hotel is clean, stylish and has a cool low profile vibe. Room is above average in size with all you need for a confort stay.
They regularly close the rooftop for private events, restricting the access to the pool and the rooftop bar. So... if you came back to the hotel after a long day thinking about a cold beer with a view... Nope! The space is closed. And in that occasions, they put a bouncer by the elevator restricting the use of 1 of the 3 elevators.
4.2
Vibe, facilities and comfort
Issue with noisy vent led to one sleepless night but quickly rectiified by staff by moving to another room.
Issue with false charge for roiftop also rectified smoothly post departure
4.2
Great area to stay in NY , lovely vibe walking around
Pool/roof top bar was shut far to early in the evening
4.2
Great location, fun rooftop bar for our girls trip!! So many great restaurants, shops, bars etc within walking distance. Highly recommend!
4.2
This property is in a fabulous location. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There’s a small fitness center downstairs which is well equipped. The roof top bar is great.
The walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbor on the one side coughing My room had connecting doors on each wall that was adjacent to another guestroom. On the one side, I could hear when the guests returned from dinner and we’re talking and getting ready for bed. On the other side, I could hear my neighbor coughing. Both sides quieted down at a reasonable time, and that hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, other than hearing water running from other guestrooms.
