It is a horribly run and disgusting property.

Nothing. I guess the location was fine. I wish I could score this place lower than a 1.

The first room I was placed in smelled like mold and mildew. The front desk receptionist moved us to a new room easily, but it wasn't much better. The whole place was damp. The second room had a puddle in the kitchen that wouldn't go away and kept reappearing. We had to beg the front desk for towels and sheets for the pull out mattress (they still didn't give us a top sheet). There was a random man trying to open doors in the middle of the night and zero safety. The WiFi doesn't work. I eventually gave up and used a Hot Spot. Breakfast wasn't very good. Also, the phones weren't working and were disconnected.

It worked for us.

Lobby staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Parking was never an issue. Noise level was low. Navigating the grounds was easy. Navigating around the general area was good too. Lots of restaurants nearby and event venues.

Our room was never made up, even when we specifically asked on after our second night. Housekeeping only showed up in the AM of the day we were checking OUT. The bathroom layout was weird; no door to the sink area, hard to maneuver with the door into the toilet and shower area. The refrigerator door opened the wrong way, so it was difficult to access.. I'm not sure who planned that. If you sit at the dining table, then you are blocking the door to the room and can get hit with the door if someone comes in. Could hear some creaking and conversation from guests above us.

Should’ve paid attention to the previous reviews and stayed elsewhere!

Everyone we mar with the staff were very friendly and they were able to answer all and every question we had. Also they have a very good breakfast selection and unlike most motels once it’s gone it’s gone but they are constantly bringing out more. It’s also in a good location close to several restaurants and places.

The rooms on the other hand are horrible! The showers nor air works. And there’s roaches. This motel looks as if it needs some major updates but you can clearly see where they are just patching it up. It didn’t smell clean at all. Aside from the shower and air not working and the roaches, we only had 2 facial towels for a suite for the weekend and 2 big towels. Place has a lot of potential with some updates!

Disappointing

when I arrived from traveling 2 hours from home. the front desk staff told me they over booked and didn’t have rooms available, even though I booked 2 weeks in advance. then he proceeds to tell me that they actually had 1 more room left that was accessibility with. queen which was perfectly fine, but once we got inside the room the paint on the wall was fading in the living room and I’m pretty sure the queen bed was actually a double

The bathroom ceiling was leaking water. Light in the kitchen seems like it was about to go out. Ask to switch room the front desk said No due to no availability.

terrible value. more like a cheap extended stay not as advertised.

the concept of a double suite for family and being pet friendly. good location in Addison near restaurants. next to a condemned restaurant.

it was an old apartment complex repurposed. it was dark, not worth half of the asking price. icy conditions in shaded area made entry difficult. the pictures seemed to show much larger and brighter place. ants were coming out of master shower faucet.

It was subpar could’ve been better for the amount of money I spent

Some updates need to happen with maintenance notice cracks in the ceiling. Outlet covers broken, pet damage to door frames, main door jams hard to open, night stand outlets don’t work, television going out in room, no batteries in remotes, refrigerator hard to open too close to wall. No sufficient lighting in stair ways

Disappointing

This property use to be awesome, but has really went down. This property isn't being kept well at all. The air conditioning in my room didn't work. I saw huge roaches in the elevator. Couldn't sleep in the beds because of the bugs !!! This property use to be wonderful I'm not sure what happened. I absolutely hated my stay there. Will never stay again!

Very good

Location near many restaurants, shopping.

AC unit broke, had to wait for someone to fix it. AC runs really loud. Front desk was called several times no answer had to physically go ip to desk.

Room not clean. Someone else's hair in the shower. Door locked stripped and broken. Shower door broken. Towel rack hanging off wall. Checking in was terrible. Kitchen counter was cracked. Quality didnt amount up to cost

Go with the king suite

The suite was great! I enjoyed the king sized bed with the doors to separate it from the living room with the pullout couch. The breakfast had lots of options and the bacon was delicious!

The thermostat in the suite didn't seem to work correctly (or maybe it was operator error). But the fan kept it nice & cool though.

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist Had to go back to the desk because key didn't work for either door She was suppose to do it over and it still didn't work The entrance door by the room didn't work had to put a brick there to prop it open Carpet in the room was wet

We had to leave due to the poor conditions of the rooms. Go somewhere else!

The location was close to work and the room was big enough for my toddler to run around and play in. But as soon as we stepped into the first room, we knew something was wrong.

1. We had to switch rooms at 1am because the first room we were in, the toilet wouldn't flush. 2. The couch was visibly ruined from cat scratches and broken to to the point it wouldn't pull out into a bed and veryuncomfortable to sit on. 3. The kitchen's doors were broken and wouldn't shut. 4. In the new room, there was leaf debris all over the floor from the door that we had to clean up ourselves 5. The phones didn't work. 6. I had to purchase utensils, cleaning supplies, strainer, etc. and cheap pots and pans due to the ones in the room were burnt beyond repair. 7. I almost fell 3 times taking a shower in the bathtub but the front desk had no solutions. I ended up purchasing a bath mat and grab bar from CVS. None of us could handle a fall right now. 8. Even though the room said I had free wifi, I had to purchase internet, 20 dollars for 4 days. 9. The internet wouldn't stay on, and so for most of the time we had spotty internet that was turned off in the night. 1. There was no TV guide but instead a scrolling list of channels, but this information wasn't provided to us until we asked. So we had to purchase a roku and internet just to get age appropriate television for my 2 year old. 11 When I did finally make dinner, my brother tripped on the very long phone chord that was next to the dining room table. When he fell, one of the very thick ceramic plates shattered and almost went into his face. 12. When I ran to the front desk, swollen ankles and all asking for help (we couldn't call the room on the phone) the attendees were concerned but handed me a vacuum cleaner for me to drag back to my room for me to clean up the mess at 11pm. That was the last straw. Ellis and the girl attendee were helpful and I'm sorry for being so upset at them, but I honestly don't think they really know how horrible these rooms are.

The hotel served its purpose and it was nice

The room was big enough for five people and the hotel had a good breakfast

The cleanliness of the room should’ve been better than it was, and it’s a dog friendly hotel, and it smelled like it. It’s plenty of hotels out there that’s dog friendly and when you walk into the rooms you can never tell a dog was there.
