Comfortable stay close to many amenities

Location was across the street from the conference venue. Hotel was very close walking disrance to TGIF restaurant, Whole Foods Market and 7-11 convenience store. Area was safe and well lighted. More restaurants and stores located a few blocks down the road.

A team of high school girls was there and they wer making a lot of noise in the morning. Other than that, I really have no complaints.

Location

Got charged twice and money was placed on hold, called to change reservation and the front desk didn’t change the dates.

Breakfast wasn't heated up, still cold. Cold coffee was old. Not good.

HORRIBLE AND WE DIDNT STAY!!!!

My husband and I did not like anything about this property.

When we arrived to check in, no one answered the buzzer. When I called a male answered and when I said yes sir Im here to check in, he hung up in my face. When we finally got in our room, there was a towel on the on the floor and the bed had been slept in and not made. My husband went down to the service desk and the guy was on the sofa sleep. When he got up and came to the desk he did not apologize or try to accommodate us is no way. He begin to argue with my husband and never afforded and any type of compensation or accommodations to get us another room. He then stated that he was just going to cancel the room and give us our money back. WHICH WAS A LIE!!! When we called the hotel on Sunday, we spoke with a young man by the name of King. King was very professional and kind. He informed us that he checked us into the room and it still showed us as checked in. We informed King that we never stayed in the room. King stated that we need to speak with the manager Chris and he would be in in Monday. I called back on Monday and spoke with Chris who was very nice and polite. I explained the situation to Chris and he stated that King checked us out of the room and our money was credit back to our credit card. He also stared that he would be speaking with Leroy the night auditor and then person who did not assist us on Saturday.

There were only a few items due to staff issue Nothing was complementary, had to pay for the Starbucks coffee, which my husband does not like We had to pay for parking, which I didn't understand why

phone in room didn’t work, debris in hall corridors, door in room would get stuck and not lock, room key didn’t work to open pool gate, no cleaning service available during weekend stay.

Family vacation.

Everything, but if I had to point out a couple of things. Rooms, rates, and location. Rooms are amazing and for the price, your walking distance of a ton of restaurants. Overall it was an amazing time and they were very accommodating for a large group family vacation.

Nothing comes to mind, maybe the hours for the Starbucks that's on location but even then there was one 2min away.

Very nice stay with a very clean hotel!

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The beds were surprisingly more comfortable than we expected. More importantly, we felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.
