clean and comfortable but will not stay here again.

Beds where comfortable and it was clean

When booking there was a pool and jacuzzi offered also a bar on site and breakfast. But when we checked in front person said I don't know why that on the site because we don't have none of that. But it is also advertised all over the hotel so that was so displeasing. There was also an 18-dollar breakfast buffet that had 3 items and Cereal.

It was comfortable and practical.

It was a good hotel overall.

They charged for parking on an open parking lot, in an area where you can park anywhere. I personally found their charge for breakfast excessive, compared to what the breakfast was.

Staff was occasionally unprofessional and gave conflicting information (upon checkin one said kids get free breakfast, next morning one said kids are $5.99)

The room really needs to be updated. They still have popcorn ceilings. The beds were really uncomfortable. The room was not too clean either.

it was ok....just ok. if i had to go back, i'd check out other hotels nearby.

location was perfect for my specific trip. well lit, quiet and slept well.

half my TV channels didn't work as they didn't reach the wireless signal. i could have sworn that my booking said breakfast included. too my surprise, it wasn't...and i was asked to pay $16 for a continental breakfast that Holiday Inn and other provide for free.

Very comfortable

I had a king size bed in a large room. It was very quiet and the staff were very helpful. The bedding was great as well as the towels. The room had a fridge, microwave,coffee maker,iron and board. Easy access off the I25 and near to a large shopping centre, restaurants etc.

The toilet paper and tissue could be better quality.

The staff were friendly the hotel was clean. My room was clean

There was no pool of Jacuzzi the website was wrong, my room heater broke and I had to move rooms. They charged me for breakfast though the website said it included breakfast

My room was filthy, like blood and feces filthy, asked to have items replaced, all they did was attempt to clean them

It was clean and staff was helpful.

We reserved a king size bed and when we arrived they didn’t have a room for us. They had to give us two queen bed. We were taking a couple weekend and wanted to enjoy a bigger bed.

Very poor show.

I made a booking via Bookings.com and received a confirmation email. When I arrived at the hotel, I was advised that the booking was not accepted by the hotel and that the hotel did not have a room available for me. This caused me great embarressment and inconvenience to find another hotel for the night.

To be left stranded without any help from the hotel to find alternative accommodation.

Passable

Very loud air conditioner. Two different carpets in room. One carpet new and one between beds old and filthy. Shower head coming off of shower wall. No hair dryer. Asked housekeeping they brought one to the room but it had no heat just blew cold air. Had to plug in refrigerator first night but second night had to unplug refrigerator because it sounded like an alarm goin off. Ironing board was broken.
