Disappointing

They kept my $100 deposit on my room. I was barely in the room and did not do any damage to the room. They charged me $25 extra per night to not have traffic noise. Such a cheap place.

Overall comfortable and rooms supplied everything we needed.

I liked the staff at the front desk. They offered to let us check in early since we arrived early.

The breakfast was disappointing because there were a lot less choices of foods to eat. Claimed to have a view of the city from our room but the view was of the bridge and lots of graffiti.

the balcony in the room facing the water and the lounge also the nice day manager who was oleasant to talk to.

the rude & obnoxious night bar manager who refused to let us borrow wine glasses when we bought a bottle of wine. he told us the bar was closed yet continued to serve someone else. i

Great breakfast selection and comfortable and clean rooms.

Freeway noise. But couldn't be helped the convenient location to Freeway and colleseum met our needs for this trip.

This is America – a great standard hotel, fair and we recommend it 100%!

friendly staff, beautiful path running along, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, security guard was helpful

we paid for a parking permit and when we arrived back late Saturday night the lot was completely full. we alerted them and they told us to keep our permit for the next night but we wouldn't be charged, which was appreciated. we barely found a close spot on the street. Also the shower in the room was an odd design, half glass wall so floor always got wet

The breakfast was very complete, delicious! The staff is very friendly The air conditioning works perfect The beds were very comfortable

There is an extra quote for using the parking lot, is the only hotel I have been stay were they charge the parking, if you don't want to play, you have to park your car on the street, and the neighborhood does not look very safe, many homeless are across the street, this fact dissuade you to pay for the parking quote

Overall it was a great stay, I can deal with the noise of the freeway, just give me a more comfortab

I really Liked the shower had no shower curtain and it had no shower door it just had a partition halfway of glass. Not only did it look very modern but I really do not like shower curtains as they just give me the creeps because they’ve touched other people.

The bed was very hard. The pillows were good but the mattress itself was not comfortable. The other downside was that the freeway is right next to you so you hear that all night. I will see that I would stay here again if I was attending An event again because the surrounding hotels didn’t seem as nice.
