Room was great. Billing not so much.

room was spacious, king bed with a sofa bed. king bed was very comfortable.

Still working on the billing. I was billed more than my agreed upon amount on Booking.com. The bill was not itemized to determine if I was overcharged or not. I was charged for the airport shuttle which was advertised as free. All very disappointing and unexpected. I have yet to resolve this conflict. The front desk person couldn't resolve my questions so now I have to call . . . The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, whereas the regular bed was great.

Awful … want a full return!!

The most important thing is hot water and to my surprise at this rate at this hotel there was no hot water!! No soaps not even hand soap was placed on the room had to request that.

NO HOT WATER … cold showers are not preferred

The room was clean and nice. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like that I had to pay for the shuttle back and forth to the airport.

Semi close to airport.

Having to pay separate for parking. Bath vanity area open to room area so when lights on lights up whole room. Table chairs very uncomfortable and couch super low to ground.

Safest location at Airport...Off the main roads.

Safe location near airport, off the beaten path. Nice views. Very close to car rental return and airport. Fresh baked cookies out in lobby. Beds pretty good.

Early morning staff not very motivated or engaging...maybe he was just sleepy? This hotel unbelievably is still in some sort of Covid protocol? Only prepared bagged breakfasts, and in early morning none of those available to take, even though night clerk said we could get something at that time?

We liked this place is out of the way of heavy traffic, and taking walk next to ocean.

Breakfast was amazing. I loved the different strengths (dark roast, light roast) coffee they had in addition to decaf. 2 mini waffle makers and they change the flavors daily. They have scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal pastries, etc. Fruit, yogurt. A good variety.

Do not like the additional $16 for parking. Pull-out sofa bed is pretty bad. I knew this since we stayed there before so I brought a comforter for Xtra cushioning.

I would stay here again if I didn’t have other choices.

I liked that it was in an exclusive business area, no trash or undesirable venues or people around . Quiet surroundings, except for planes taking off at late and early hours.

Did not like the policy of rooms not cleaned nor beds made unless you are there 5 days. I’m used to having new restocking of towels , and other amenities, like taking trash out and new coffee packs without asking.

Had very early flight. Wanted to be close to the airport. This was perfect and not as noisy as you might expect.

It was super nice and I’d stay there again.

I loved everything about my stay. The staff was excellent they even went above and beyond trying to get the basketball game available for me to watch.

I wished I’d had been able to watch the Golden State Warriors game but was unable to get the game in room or lounge but the staff tried their best which was super nice.

Three defective light bulbs when we checked in at around 8 pm. When we requested the Front Desk to send someone to replace them, they said that no one can come till the next day.
