The location, cleanliness, quietness, balcony

The property has a big balcony, unfortunately there's no chairs and table to fully enjoy and the room could only accommodate 2 chairs.The property can deal with smokers to some extent. It's actually allowed to smoke if you pay $250 penalty. So, our neighbour was a heavy smoker girl and when I informed the host about it, she told me that even though it's illegal to smoke in this building, they can do nothing about it but penalize. The property doesn't have small details like knife sets and I had to cut every small food with a big knife which was very uncomfortable.

Layout and facilities

Many of the appliance had obscure instructions or none. Staff was patient and helpful. HVAC ran very well and kept us comfortable .

Enjoyable stay, centrally to most attractions

Fairly close to attractions and restaurants (20 minute walk to Parliament Hill). Clean room and liked the kitchenette. Concierge responded fairly quickly to emails. Property well secured.

Pool was not open. No concierge on weekends.

I would prefer it again, overall it was a great stay.

Good stay in clean building with good/walkable access to the downtown area.

Clean. Great shower. Good closet system. Well lit and clean parking garage.

No throw blankets or extra blanket for lounging in the living area. No instructions on how to use the remotes for the TV. Should have a more durable key chain for the fobs - my rings came apart and I nearly lost the fobs.

The apartment has an excellent skyline view of Ottawa. It was clean, centrally located, restaurants, supermarkets, buses and train within walking distance

Please please clean the window/door it spoils an otherwise beautiful view from the apartment

Very good

The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no staff to talk to physically if we needed anything. Also we had to leave the keys at the front on the counter because we would’ve got locked out otherwise but no one was there to talk to.

The kitchenette was perfect for our need. The bed is very comfy and also it was very easy to check in. I also appreciate that they accept my request to check in earlier.

Maybe have access to the pool.

Highly recommend this apartment if you have enough budget!

The location is convenient. The ceiling is higher than other apartments. The view from higher level is amazing. It's really quite and comfortable place to stay.

You can't use the charger for your laptop because no outlet close to the table.

My stay was fabulous other than the coffee maker wasn't working.

The hotel was quiet and private. Also what I love it is the centre of all the amenities and activities around Ottawa.

I didnt like that coffee maker wasnt working, also there was no tea to make.

Well equipped unit, in a seedy neighborhood.

Washer and dryer and kitchen was well equipped. Elevator was extremely fast. Location was walkable to many of downtown Ottawa’s attractions. Floor to ceiling windows.

The blinds in the living room and frosted glass on the bathroom and bedroom door did not filter out much light so difficult to sleep. The location is close to a soup kitchen with empty lots and abandoned houses in the neighborhood. The unit is only cleaned weekly.

AC not working in heat wave of summer

Ceiling height and floor unit was on

Some things in disrepair ie: ceiling in shower and main living area. Electrical switches loose and broken. Design of kitchen sink is too deep causing water to splash out. Fridge smell was awful.

Weekend stay

Great place, clean, well-appointed. Close to all amenities. We had a car and was a quick drive to the byward market, local outlet stores, bike paths, etc. Would stay here again when in town.
