Couldn’t have enjoyed the stay anymore than we did

Spectacular property. It was amazing walking around and down to the cove. The staff are gracious and welcoming.

Fabulous location and really nurturing stay.

Beautiful tranquil location - fabulous view and lovely to walk around the property.

All great. Tiny points - but easy access to an ironing board and a couple of plates and knives would have been useful.

Peaceful, relaxing, scenic locale near lots of great places to explore.

My friends and I like the location and looking out over the grove of kiwi bushes out towards the ocean. I was so excited that we saw a whole herd of Roosevelt Elk on our drive from Kiwi Cove Lodge to The Crow and Gate pub (which is a delicious and atmospheric place to eat)! The Kiwi Cove Lodge honey is also delicious. We enjoyed being so close to Chemainus and Ladysmith and yet also away from the business of town centers. Chemainus dinner and theatre was top notch!

It would have been more convenient to have had a small fridge in our room like when we last stayed. There was a fridge located down the hall which was useful but I had to keep running down the hall at 7am to get cream for my coffee.

A surprise, serene and spectacular stay!!

The serene country setting on the 10 acre waterfront is SPECTACULAR (even with the foot of snow)!! Oh, the the breakfast and service were 11/10!! WOW!!

There is NOTHING not to like about this stay, staff and setting!!

Absolutely a little gem to visit and enjoy nature.

Beautiful gardens and walking trails leading down to the water’s edge . Peaceful place to enjoy nature. Interesting orchards growing Kiwi. Enjoyed Breakfast ..selection of breads , eggs, fruit cups , cereal, pastries, jams , coffee/tea.

I grew up in the area and am used to the very slight sulfur smell of the local well water, if you have a sensitive nose you may not like it, but it does not linger on your skin.

A Respite Away from it All

This is a B&B in an old mansion on property that has a beautiful garden and on the river. The host is responsive, the room is very large and there is a balcony. The entire place was very clean and there were opportunities to sit inside and out.

Out in the middle of nowhere No A/C--plan accordingly Breakfast was OK, basic continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs for protein.
