A very pleasant stay.

Our suitcase did not arrive with us thanks to the airline. The hotel provided us with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable nights stay. Very pleasant staff!

My credit card money blocked and I am stuck. You MUST change your POS machine or your stuff

Allover is good

During check-in, I gave my Credit Card to the Reception and they Swipe, I saw POS machine showed "Approved" but your Stuff informed, it did not approved. Then I paid in Cash. After that I got an email and SMS from my Bank that the transaction is approved and I showed to your front office but they did not admit. Subsequently, your front office assured me that they will enquire. The next morning, One of your Stuff confirmed that the Card transaction is approved and due to problem hotel POS machine, it did not shows. They will arrange for refund as soon as possible.

My visa card was hacked by someone in your hotel. I had to have it canceled and wait for a new one to arrive. No I won't be staying with you again.

Location is very close to the airport which makes early flights very easy.

Room is clean and have large windows with a good view. Lots of good restaurants in the vicinity.

For a hotel of this level they can learn how to make espressos properly.

I enjoyed my stay at the Westin Wall Centre and would stay there again if I needed to stay close to the Vancouver Intern

Very very comfy bed, nice big room, friendly staff, and a hotel shuttle from the airport

The hotel restaurant is really not very good aside from the service, and the area is not very walkable for alternatives. The pool lounges were outside for some reason and there were only strange uncomfortable chairs available.

Excellent Service in All Respects!

The friendliness of the staff upon entering the airport shuttle until the checkout process was complete was exceptional!

There was nothing I can say that I didn't like.

won’t be back.

we were advised our room would have Vancouver city views, which it didn’t. The bathroom door hinges badly needed lubricating. Expensive for what we got and also our room was facing a truck route. Just one coffee available for each guest for the stay period.

very good entrance a helpful staff to make us at ease. room bedding very comfortable , great shower, tub and toilet area clean.

NOTHING we stayed one night and left by 6 in the morning. Coffee ready in lobby GREAT

Alice at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. Alice also write down the nam s of a couple of parks she suggested we go see.
