Location was good

Beds small ,pillows flat not comfortable & when booked price quoted was different charged $34 a day parking not happy about that

Hier waren wir sehr gerne. Für die Lage ein guter Preis.

Wir hatten ein modernes, sauberes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, aber nahe genug am French Quarter, um zu Fuß hinzukommen. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Toilette und Dusche sind nur mit einer Schiebetür vom Raum getrennt. Sonst gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

An All Amenities Accommodation

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, with the exception of some loud outside pounding noise, no fault of hotel. The free breakfast was great, with a lot of choices and available long enough that we could eat early and the late sleepers of our family were still able to eat too.

Having to pay to park. I understand non guest paying to park, but I felt guests should be allowed one vehicle.

Dissapointed

I Love the location and we stay like a year ago and was awesome

Lights were not working properly, so I have to open the windows in order to see. The a/c was not cooling enough I put it to 65 and the room never got cold Smell as humidity

Good Place

Staff were professional and inviting. Hotel was in a good location close to all. Rooms were large; bed comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and area was kept clean.

Not sure if it is the price or weekends in general, but hotel attracts a younger crowd that brings noise at all hours. Otherwise, hotel was quiet and pleasant on weekdays

It very convenient to everything.. plus the metro bus drop us off within walking distance to the hotel from the airport.!!

Great view, worth staying, close to Bourbon st.

The sink was broken, water wouldn’t go down. Didn’t like the bathroom had a rolling door and the door wouldn’t stay closed, I don’t like the smell of a bathroom and I really hated it

Room size was adequate. Breakfast was good and regularly replenished. Location was excellent.

Bathroom door was sliding and had gaps. I had to keep something to block to keep the door from sliding open again. Was not particularly a good experience while using the toilets.

Honestly I think just having the guest check in and only providing free parking to one vehicle per room would be a great accommodation one that would make me book this place every time I visit New Orleans Also the gym AC was broken other than that the place was great.

Breakfast was good. The maintenance guy was really helpful and nice. The kitchen staff was nice. The lady always nice whenever we stay there.

The air wasn’t working properly until maintenance came to check on it! Fire alarm went off during breakfast. We had to pay additional money for late check out! Just for an hour. Last year when we came it was nice different this time. I heard new management! I can say it was a guy that was wiping tables off and cleaning the salt and pepper shakers while we were eating, that was the first time seeing him. The only way I will stay again will be because of this one manager (African American-light skinned was nice) the breakfast staff, the maintenance guy & the guy who was actually wiping tables ( I think he was management) they will be my reason for coming back!

No water give to paying guest, until the A.M. also staff was giving myself an guest from out of town staying at this hotel the wrong direction,s to go out for dinner,and we all 8 of guest water tourists from out of town.

Location.

As soon as I stepped into the room, the bad smell attacked me, and the floor was sticky and dirty. Later on, I got a disgusting attitude from the reception. Don't need to mention the super week water stream at the shower.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was good and hotel was reasonably priced.

The toilet didn’t want to flush properly and there was no hand soap. The shampoo dispenser needed to be replaced, it was difficult to get any shampoo out.
