Not comfortable bed and not clean bed sheets
The bed was not comfortable and making noises when you sleep or even a little bit moving makes sound.

Sadly we will not return
Location was excellent! walking distance to casino, shops, and restaurants. heavenly village and the gondolas were 3 blocks away.
The room was very basic. The sink was clean but not the counters or table top. The room(262) needed a deep scrub. Base boards were covered with black smudges, the closet was dirty and you could tell it was months of dust and dirt build up, which makes you question everything else. Only one over head light right by the door, the bed side lamp didn't work. The maintenance crew do not know what they are doing. They used an entry tack down bar as the tub chalking. The crumbling press board behind the sink (back splash) was screwed in and the screw heads were covered with glue...why not recesses the screws? money is not going back into the hotel properly a door knob was only 1/2 replaced, there was a container of moldy food left in the freezer, empty wrappers and water bottle behind the bed table, it is these little things that show up as poorly managed. Sad because it could be a nice hotel if they did the work correctly.

It should be a crime to charge that amount for a place I consider to be the worst hotel experience.
We like the location, 2 blocks from stateline, beach casinos and restaurants. Manager and wife were friendly and tried to accommodate by moving us to a room that didnt smell like an ash tray after spending the first night in the room.
Paid over $750.00 for 2 nights. First room was dirty, smelled like someone had been chain smoking for a week. Also you had to remove the lid on toilet in order to flush. Next day the manager moved us to a cleaner room but only scalding hot water could be dispensed from shower so had to add cold water to be able to take a bath. Swimming pool was green and cloudy, not like the pool on their web site. The Manager promised me the owner would give us a 30% credit but that was 3 weeks ago and still nothing

Beyond horrible
Nothing. It was so bad we almost slept in our car and go home the next day.
Everything. The room was beyond horrible. The bedding was beyond cheap and only had 2 small pillows for a king bed. The bathroom had no towel rack, for they were all ripped off the walls, and holes were not fixed. The shower ceiling tiles were about to fall off. The staff can barely speak English and can't understand a word they say. Really would like my money back it was so bad and should have had to pay $500+ for 2 nights.

So, so. If you have nowhere else to go, maybe.
Clean. But several of the lights don’t work. The shower faucets don’t work properly. Too hard to regulate. They don’t provide room service in terms of cleaning the rooms. They only gave us towels or linens if needed.
The staff were nice and friendly. But due to the above experience we are NOT going to that hotel again. Also, the office staff and the cleaning people argue so loud that they looked liked they were in a fighting arena
