Exceptional

Convenient to Seekonk Speedway, moderately clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Easily accessible from the main road

The only issue that I had is that they need to give a little more attention to the cleanliness of the carpeted floor. My feet were filthy just from walking around the room.

run of the mill hotel. no soaps or shampoos of any kind in the room.

the place is generally clean with fairly comfortable beds. staff is friendly and welcoming. Breaktofferings could be bet

it’s convenient to the work site and plenty of food options close by.

the parking lot is very tight as is but when you add the Estes tractors that always seem to be there it’s even tighter.

Location and room size was great room was impicablely clean. Only problem was room was to hot no matter what we did we could not get the temperature down. The room was great otherwise

You get what you pay for, I just would’ve expected it to be cleaner. Or even cleaned to begin with.

we liked the location, lots of things to do around the hotel from food, shopping to the arcade

we were taken back and disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. We stayed in a double queen room and immediately noticed stains and Cheeto crumbs on the sheets on one of the beds. We only needed one bed so we brushed it off. Then we noticed there was no hand soap in the bathroom, just a single face bar. the 3 dispenser’s in the shower were empty which we didn’t know until we went to use them the morning of check out. There were only 3 towels and the bathroom didn’t seem to have previously cleaned. We were overall disappointed in our stay.

Our first visit to The Providence area. We enjoyed our visit.

Breakfast was great. Staff was attentive to our needs. The location was a good choice for our sight-seeing visits.

A hot-tub in the pool area would have been great.

Absolutely love the staff! they are so nice and always smiling. It is convenient to most food places in the area and not too busy. They have a great breakfast as well. This is my second time staying here.

It was humid when we first got to our rooms, but quickly cooled down once we turned the AC on.
