Thank you for you attentiveness and your above and beyond customer service.

Joe & Steve went above and beyond! They made sure we could get into a room and drop our luggage off so we weren’t sitting around waiting for check in @ 3. That made a huge impression on us. It was so welcoming! That alone topped our service at a 4 star hotel we stayed at previously.

We were happy with everything.

Ottima posizione, personale cortese e camera pulita. Non capisco perché ci sono dei commenti così negativi.

C'è stata molta attesa per il check-in, c'era davvero tanta gente davanti a noi, internet non era molto veloce.

This place is a nightmares.

I didn’t stay because I requested an early check in and was told I’d be able to do so. Upon arrival it was a nightmare. I didn’t know it was a hotel where people who wete departing on cruises stayed. It was like a Zoo.

A refund for being lied to.

Not a lot!!

Roaches and was killing them by the dozen each day,. Absolutely disgusting and this place should be renamed the Red Roach Inn and should be condemed!!

Disappointed

I left at 5 in the morning

I booked mistakenly on the 19 which should of been the 18t. I tried to cancel but was not allowed causing me to pay for both nights. I missed my flight and only needed a room for one night travelling on the next day

Pleasant

Location.

Swinning pool was in the middle of the rooms, so when it was used, it was a bit noisy. Rooms need proper cleaning. Internet is only working in the room and does not work in the reception.

I made the security deposit with a debit card and (probably since the card is European) the refund was stuck in Preauthorization mode for a month (but it was supposed to be unblocked 3-4 days after the stay). I was dreading contacting the hotel the whole time, since customer service in USA is at best inept and usually close to non-existent. I was already traumatized psychologically by other service vendors, but - an unexpected surprise - the issue was well-understood by the hotel staff and resolved on the same day - the funds were released the same day. I am like - wow - these guys care about the customer.

The price? for the location, services and overall level of the housing - I think the price was a bit too high.

Just the price

The beds were so high I used a chair to get in bed. My sister’s husband is on the wheelchair and we asked for a wheelchair access room and bathroom. They said they don’t have any ADA rooms. We asked for a cot they didn’t even know what that meant. They could not accommodate us at all. We asked if they have any rooms with lower beds the answer was NO Due to very bad weather conditions in Florida we arrived at 9 pm there were 27 people ahead of us to check in . We got to get it room at 11:00
