Rather pleasant

It was away from the campus so not congested

No carpet by the bed; when it moved could tell had not been cleaned underneath and pool was not open for younger children

Roaches .dirty and torn hand towels ..first floor window was not locked... said smoke free hotel but cigarettes where everywhere in the entrance way this hotel not a good look so the pictures online needs to be remove because nothing like the pics..I will never recommend..TRASH..

Overall, the stay was decent. Some things to work on considering the price.

The location. It was close to shops and restaurants.

The cleanliness was a bit subpar. My husband’s allergies flared up in the 24 hour stay. The vents were thick with dust and I feel the mold and mildew in the bathroom may have been painted over. Additionally, the breakfast was not very tasteful. The eggs were mushy and the sausage didn’t taste much like sausage.

Improvements are needed/amenities r not operational (POOL), room temperature

The breakfast was decent!

The hotel prices were high for not having the pool operational. This is the 2nd year that we stayed there and still no improvement. Also, the room was so full of moist dry air. The floor, our clothing, bed sheets, etc all felt moist/damped. Due to my need for a disability room, there wasn't an option for me to change. Also, my wife couldn't attend due to some site stating pets allowed and others stating no pets. I called several time prior to my stay and no one mentions that the pool yet again wasn't working. We have stayed here multiple years and it's doesn't seem like this facility is improving. I would have clearly chosen another location under these circumstances.

Terrible. Paid over 400.00 for two nights

I was charged at the hotel for the room after paying for the room on Booking.com. when I tried to tell the lady checking me in, she said what I paid Booking.com was just to hold the room not to pay for the room and they charged me again

Don't waste your money if you want a pool or jacuzzi tub!

I liked how close it was to the expo we were doing.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub, was told they don't have them? They have false advertisements in their pictures cause it shows the tubs and a nice looking pool, but the pool has been closed for 2 years and they are not repairing it! The two main reasons I went with Country Inn and Suites was the tub and pool. Very disappointed!

It was ok.

The clerk who checked us in was very nice and pleasant. She did take care of the noise compliant I had with my neighbors! Very appreciative of that!

We had a handicapped room,which we didn't ask for or need, that was an adjoining room. When we returned to our room at 10:45PM the room smelled like weed. There was loud music next door and sounds of a couple having sex. I will ask next time NOT to have an adjoining room. Then I went for coffee at 6:30AM and it wasn't ready. I waited 10 minutes for regular and when I asked for decaf, she said, "Oh you want that?" I said yes and she said that she will have to make it. That took 15 minutes.

Door lock did not work 2 nites in a row. We had 2 rooms. There were high schoolers at a competition. They were quiet after 11pm. But the gathering area was a mass confusion especially during breakfast time from 730 to 9 am.

Horrible I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I’m still itching thinking about that room.

I like the lady at the front desk she was very nice and tried to help as much as possible.

The room was dirty and was never cleaned properly. Roaches was crawling on the walls into the cracks . Found a dead roach in the bathroom. trash was still on the floor from the previous occupants. They only took 30 dollars off my stay I was pissed. I wanted to leave the hotel but couldn’t be refunded.
