👎🏾 I have been a guest at this hotel a lot. I am a loyalty member and I am highly disappointed in management after this trip that was cut short within 30 minutes of my arrival.

I didn’t like the receptionist demeanor towards me and my family. I did not like how we were asked to vacate the property when SEVERAL individuals came on this property looking for trouble and assaulted my 17 year old daughter in front of my 10 year old granddaughter. . my daughter was assaulted, kicked in the head and began seizing. EMS came and transported my daughter and myself to the emergency room where I was told she had a concussion and would be hospitalized for more in depth treatment and observation. so hotel receptionist said my family and my daughters family had to leave because law enforcement was called to the hotel. but we were paid guest and the hotel ALLOWED non guest to come to the property, assault a guest and her resolution was to ask us to leave. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and I have called and sent request for a full refund because I did not stay . I no longer want to be a member or guest. because that wasn’t a great example to show guest,

Nice facility and nice staff at a good price.

Room was nice and clean and smelled clean. Temp was perfect upon arrival. Shower had good hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was good and staff were polite and helpful. Met all of my expectations.

The breakfast wasn’t the worst but they didn’t have a lot to choose from. They had lunch meat ham as a breakfast meat.

The hallway the whole time we were there smelled of marijuana. At midnight the woman across the hall was yelling about how it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. We asked the desk for any kind of compensation but the receptionist acted like she had no idea what we were taking about when we went to check out and was rude about it as well.
