Nice unit,

It was very expensive accommodations w NO food drink services. We pay the same rate for the Four Seasons and get all the amenities.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We would return without hesitation.

We stayed in a villa which was spacious and had a full, beautiful kitchen, plus a high quality grill available on the lanai. The hosts provided all the home conveniences our family of four would need. Linens/towels/toiletries. Washer/dryer in unit was wonderful.

We do not have one complaint.

The property was beautiful with a great ocean view. The pools were also beautiful. I only wish there were more things on property for teenagers to do.

Loved it and didn't want to leave. Will come back again.

Exceptional location-near beaches, restaurants and shopping. Still was peaceful and relaxing. The 2 bedroom penthouse was fantastic and luxurious-fully stocked appliances, dishes, glassware, etc everything you would have at your own home and more.

The parking indoors was small. Hard to get in and out of indoor parking. We parked outside after a couple of days of cramming into the parking spot. My husband says the gym could be a little better but I didn't see it myself.

Child friendly, had a family pool and separate adult pool. Stayed at one of the penthouses. Amazing pool view and easily accessible to the beach. Definitely returning again!

No room service available, but we shopped at Costco before check in. The kitchen had everything we need from zip lock bags to Tupperware to take to the beach.

Absolutely beautiful and quiet. Our 3 bed suite was very well appointed and had a beautiful wrap around balcony with an option to open sliders completely converting our Incredibly spacious living area to an open air space. There’s nothing like waking up to the sounds and smells of a Hawaii. It’s not at all overcrowded like all other resorts in the area. Easy to get a lounge by the pool or beach. There’s a private entrance to The Shops at Wailea where there’s a gourmet grocery store, clothing shops, and a few good restaurants for a quick bite.

There was a mistake in billing which was easily rectified. However, it was difficult to get anyone on the phone. I left 3 messages over the period of one week for the accounting department ( that were never returned.). Once at the resort, I was given the number of the property manager; she called me back within 1 day and the problem was corrected. I guess my only complaint is that it is difficult to get someone on the phone before arriving. Perhaps there should be a point person whose phone number and email are listed on the website, so that the customers don’t feel like they are being ignored.
