The views were fantastic and the property was beautifully landscaped. Pool seating was not a problem!

great staff even though we had initially issues with the wifi and other things they were very accommodative

long lines of breakfast buffet and never able to get a sunbed in the adult pool were not acceptable for a four seasons (and it was not the highest season) hopefully they will find a way

Almost perfect!

Nice location and survive, great view. everything is pretty good except shower and hair dryer.

Both shower and hair dryer are too old and ropy.

not satisfying; we will prefer other hotels next time such as fairmont next door

Great Spot at a Nice Beach; spacious hotel, mostly very friendly staff good italian Restaurant

no warm welcome; forgot the lei; just gave the keys and we should find our room; no welcome champaign or even fruit at the Room; poor compared to other 5 star Hotels; very poor price value ratio- extremly expensive; amount of additional cost; the room with Mountain view was directly at a highway so we paid much more money to get a better room; again wirh awful smells at the balcony during daytime; only the oceanview rooms are acceptable; fight for good beach spots at the chairs facing the ocean every day starting at 8.30 - very stressful; this is not worth the money you spend

location and great service from staff

way over priced and food ridiculously expensive. the property was undergoing noisy works. we were compensated but we should have been informed in advance!

Our stay was exceptional! We look forward to returning!

We ate breakfast at Duo, lunch & dinner at Ferraro's, lunch at the pool. All our meals were outstanding with prompt and friendly service. We enjoyed flexibility in ordering menu items.

Fantastic staff…each and every encounter.

Staff throughout hotel were better than excellent. Service outstanding.

Fabulous stay!

From the moment we stepped out of the car the level of service exceeded any expectation. From the friendly staff through to the complimentary leis, bottles of water and tea area set up throughout the day with the special refreshing drink, the resort was a wonderful experience.

Exceptional

Excellent staff with amazing customer service. It has an excellent location and is situated on a beautiful beach and below a picturesque cliff walk. The restaurants, especially Spago and Ferraro‘s, are excellent.
