Loved Wailea and would recommend staying here

Accommodation was lovely and clean. Bathrooms superb Everything looked newly refurbished

Only two stalls on the balcony when there were four of us Swimming pools very small - but the ocean was so beautiful it didnt really matter!

An enjoyable and comfortable stay

Much larger than expected. Whole experience overall was very good.

Finding the office. Then came back from a day trip to find that people had come into spray the apartment. No prior warning. Things were left out and I am asthmatic so have to be careful of what is used. Very upset about it. Seemingly set up by home owners association. No communication between offices

Maui is expensive and the food is lousy unless you pay a fortune

Clean, laundry, well stocked kitchen, remodeled with newer appliances. GREAT staff who were friendly and always helpful

Most people expect some type of streaming capability now when they stay (Netflix, Hulu, etc) so that was a little disappointing

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very nice staff at the reception (thank you Rosie!) and many thanks to everyone at the reception desk ! in our last day it was a water break and guys was very professional and helpful! Not our first time in Wailea but it was the nicest! Absolutely worth the money!

Could have been much better.

Before we arrived I filled out a questionnaire and said my wife is a light sleeper and we would like a quiet room! When I checked in I again told the young lady that same thing and she assured me that it would be. We were put in unit #53 and it was right on the corner of the entry road into the property. All night long we had cars coming and going. Had we been in a unit away from that road it would have been a wonderful stay.

We love the place and worth every penny. No disruptions from anyone.

Location was great if you plan to do things around the resorts. It was easy to access the location and it was safe. The door was a key pad so we didn’t have to carry around a key.

Parking was limited if u have multiple cars but the place was accommodating.

Superb

Plenty of amenities like toiletries, dishwasher detergent, clothing detergent, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards; easy to request additional beach towels. Made the stay very comfortable. It was also super nice to have access to a washer/dryer and kitchen.

The pools have a policy of having to be quiet with no splashing, no playing, no loud voices. It felt pretty unwelcoming for families with kids who were enjoying themselves. I would have been more understanding if there was "quiet time" later in the evening but it seemed a strange requirement for a family-friendly resort. We had ants in the kitchen and bathroom. The pest control company came out on the last day of our stay.

Great location

I love property it had a great balcony, the condo was very clean and they supplied extra beach towels and bathroom essentials. The landscaping was gorgeous.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but the furniture is not very modern so it gave older vibes so I feel that it could get overlooked by tourist looking got a place to stay.

great location and value, pool not for children.

great apartment, new and clean many extra items available( beach towels, chairs etc..) unit also had a washer and dryer which was nice overall the place was great very comfy and clean with all the things one would need in Hawaii

I didn't receive all the info I needed to enter before I arrived, there is no check in place. The units have a keycode for the apartments, so one must know the code and unit number, which they failed to tell me until I called when I arrived at midnight. Another thing to consider is that it appeared to be a place for retired people, and so the pool areas are quiet zones, there is a "no playing, no splashing" sign.
