I love it and i will return, except to that bar

I always stay at this hotel because i never have any issues

it gets alaska cold and we cant control the room temperature you can only lower it or turn off. Also there was a lady bartender at the hotel bar and she seemed rude so we left and decided to go to other nearby bars and spend our money elsewhere.

A bit tired, but good value overall

Location was excellent. And the view was very nice.

The fact that all the sliding doors are poorly sealed with glue and shut permanently was disappointing. It’s not that I wanted to go out onto the balcony, but the shoddy workmanship that went into the sealing process really denigrated the property. The rooms were somewhat dated, but overall clean and a good value for the price.

We love to stay here, but the only issue I had our window view didn't face the minor league BB team.

I have stayed at this hotel before due to the cleanliness and great breakfast. Also the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The hotel was where I needed to be located. I hope they correct the deficiencies.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Parking was good-to-decent, but only had three handicapped spaces, one of which was blocked.

There was no "room straightening" or extra washcloths for the second day. Also, hot water was at a minimum. The second day there was no hot water at all, either in the shower or the sink.

Good location for our trip but rooms need updates.

The breakfast was good. Location was good.

The quality of room amenities was below par. Insuffient outlets, poor outlet location, bed was worn and uncomfortable. The AC had no room control.

Nice place to stay for a weekend-getaway

Very friendly and helpful reception staff; plenty Parking on the premises; Safe in the room; spacious room and bathroom

Unfortunately the balconies were sealed so we weren't able to get fresh air in the room nor go outside to enjoy the view.

OK if you need something quick and priced fairly rims were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful

price and the view I had . The restaurant directly behind this property had some of the best seafood I’ve ever eaten. It definitely was the highlight of my stay.

I asked for a balcony room which they said was available, and I got what I forgot to mention was that there was no way to access the balcony since the door had been permanently sealed shut, so what’s the point of a balcony?

Worst hotel staff ever.

location

the security guard called the cops on us for cheering for a basketball game and having my kids running around in our room and had them escort us off the property at 10:30 at night no warning to keep it down, nothing. It was uncalled for, and it scared my two young kids. I will never come back to a best western ever. again.

the pool was unavailable/ out of order. half the covered parking was blocked off and unable to use. one elevator was down. balconies are inaccessible.

Stay was good overall but the slippery shower needs to be addressed.

The shower floor was extremely slippery when wet. Had to hold on to turn around or move when using the shower. Very dangerous.
