Disappointing

Front office lady were nice, no problem there.. Friendly fast easy

We ask Housekeeping for extra toilet paper and an extra sheet because the one on the bed was dirty they said no because we were extended stay, we stayed 3 day and 1 roll of toilet paper was gonna last us it was me my husband and our 4 kiddos WTH

The hotel charged me twice after I was charged by booking.com. I tried to resolved the issue with the hotel directly and they said it was taken care but I have yet to receive a refund

I did not get to stay there as the staff refused to check me in. Even after I had received 3 conformation emails from Inn Town Suites and showed them the booking number. They were also rude and racist against white people. After dealing with their rude behavior and witnessing them calling the cops on another guest I left and booked some where else.

Staff racist and rude no business in the motel business.

had laundry room, elevator, close to highway. cheap rooms.

hotel rooms weren’t all that clean doors were dirty minor roaches, have to wash your own towels had to walk a mile to throw your own trash when they only did housekeeping once a week. was on third floor felt like I was going to fall through the floor certain areas felt damaged on the floor.

Good for a short stay

I booked this hotel for its location and price. The H.E.B is a 5 minute drive for the groceries, the beach is 4 or 5 blocks away and the hotel is in a safe area of town. Having a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove are very helpful and the cleaning staff is very efficient as well.

The problem is that the hotel appeared to be renovating its units, and there were noises coming from the unit next door to my room, and the paint on the ceiling was peeling. Although the shower was working well, the noise from the bathroom exhaust fan is extremely annoying, every time I turned on the light. Another negative factor, at least for me, is the fact that the bedroom window cannot be opened to ventilate the room. Keeping the door opened would be inconvenient and dangerous, and keeping the air conditioning on all the time is unhealthy and uneconomical. The hotel laundry room is very useful and cheap, but we were prevented from using it for two days because of the painting work of the walls. The hotel rules are strict, which is a positive factor, but they should warn that the guests need to wash the towels, replace the soap and eventually the toilet paper too. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

My boyfriend stuff got taken from the back of my truck as he walked inside he told the front desk someone took his stuff

Looked for another hotel after I looked at the room during check in. No hotels available that weeke

Location was fine. AC/Microwave/Fridge all worked well which was good. TV was updated and had good channels. Bath had hot water. Surprised in general based on the room condition that those items worked well and were clean. Price of the hotel for the weekend was cheaper than the other hotels during the Memorial day weekend but on any other day I would not have paid that price.

The room needs to be worked on. Water damage on the wall, ceiling, floor, thus paint and part of the wall is peeling off. Carpet needs to be replaced, etc... Cheap bed frame and bed all needs to be replaced, etc.... I'm sure if you walk into the room and take a look you will see the issues. Property in general all seems fine until you enter the room. Investment in the hotel and staff is needed.

They were putting an ac in the room as we arrived, was told it would definitely work when we got up there is barely cooled.. had to call the over night attendant to bring fan. When tried to take a shower saw many roaches and found more in the beds
