Terrible, Terrible, Terrible

The location was perfect for this trip.

The hotel, unbeknownst to us, was under renovation. This means constant dust everywhere. Staff removed every single chair in lobby so no sitting and waiting for fellow travelers. I had to walk back down to Registration seven (7) times within first 24 hours of checkin because key wouldn’t work. The 7th and final time I had as in a wet bathing suit either a wet towel and waited over 1 hour for maintenance staff to replace broken door handle. Not a single “I’m sorry for your inconvenience” or “can I get you a dry towel to cover-up with while you wait”. Nothing. I will never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. Lastly, the indoor/outdoor “HEATED” pool was NOT, HEATED. BRRR

Horrible

We have stayed here for years. Location is good for us. Typically nice.

Tried to check in early as I tore my ACL while there and was on crutches and needed out of car after a long drive. Staff was rude. It was not allowed. AC didn’t work. Floors where slick as they put furniture polish on them. The rooms wreaked of it. They are remodeling and they put us 3 doors down from all the work Dust everywhere. Hotel was full.

Nice, comfortable hotel for a quick getaway.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and invited. She was very professional; answered all questions and provided just enough details. Love that the hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool. Really liked that hotel guests received 10% off at UNO restaurant. The Cobb Salad. cheese bread, cocktails and service at the UNO was also very good. We sat at the bar area, and the bartender, was on top of her game.

There were not very many chairs to layout out in the pool. Adding a few more would be nice. Also having cleaning wipes available to clean the outside tables / chairs is ideal too.

Disappointing

Jacuzzi wasn't working. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was never serviced. We were missing soap. We asked each day for service, and each time were told a different account of why we weren't getting serviced, and that our room would be added to the list of rooms serviced the next day... but that never happened.

I didn’t like that when we arrived they kept changing the time of check in and on arrival at reception no one was there but could here staff talking behind the scenes and this happened many times

I booked a total of three rooms. The rooms were not cleaned well and one had no toilet paper. I called to the front beak to make them aware of the problem but there was no one available to bring some. I had to go to the the front desk to get it myself. As we were preparing to check out I pulled the covers up on the bed and there was something really gross looking on the comforter. It was brown in color and I could on speculate what it was but I was mortified that I had slept in this bed. Also upon leaving I checked under the bed to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind and there were tons of dust bunnies under there! Thus was totally unacceptable! I talked to the clerk at the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do outside of giving me extra reward points.

The stay was ok, but we will never choose this hotel again.

we had to move rooms bc the first room fridge didn’t work. Then we were locked out of our room 3 times bc the key didn’t stay coded. Anyone could walk into the hotel through the conference entrance because the door lock was broken. instead of fixing it, or barricading it, anyone was free to come and go. There was NO worker even close to this entrance.
