Don't sleep here if you like clean facilities and non smoking rooms

I booked a room with 2 single beds that were non-smoking. I showed up and was given a room with one king bed and smelled to high heaven of pot. I went back and asked if I could get a different room with two beds and that didn't smell like smoke , so the guy at the front got me another one. It was a double bed this time but still smelled very heavily of smoke. I went back to the front desk and asked if I could just get a refund and book another motel elsewhere and because the guy at the front could barely speak English, he put me on the line with the manager or someone who told me that I have to go to booking for the refund. Still haven't gotten a refund but I'm trying

As someone who travels a lot I get far better rooms for the exact same price.

Overall, it was pleasant. Wish my room had toiletries in it.

Clean, bed was comfortable.

Associate that assisted us with checking in was not helpful or friendly, however we checked in at 1 am three hours later than we expected because of rain. I’m sure we had woken him up. My room had no toiletries for showering or shampooing.

Was quiet was the only good thing

They were not very friendly. Must have been bugs or something because I got bit by something while sleeping. Definitely would not recommend this place to stay. Was in a decent area just help was bordering rude and the guy checking me in had absolutely no clue what he was doing. Gave him my ID and he still had to ask the name. To be honest not sure he understood much English.

Hotel was cheap.

Bottom of the barrel cleanliness. Smelled like urine in hotel office. Hotel room was grungy.

Disappointing

The sheets were not fitted sheets. There were burn holes in the bed. There was no lamps. Just the main bright light. No controls for the heat.. Unless I couldn't find them.

Should be called Sleeze-ease

The location was the best part of the whole experience.

The room was drab and dark. Walls were concrete blocks and were painted dark green and mustard yellow. Stains on the bedspread. There was no way to control the heat. It was baseboard heat and didn’t have any instructions. No thermostat. Tried calling the front desk that night and in the morning but kept getting a message saying that there is no one to answer your call. It was winter and we froze. It had snowed about 6 inches overnight. We couldn’t even use the blow dryer to help take the chill of because it didn’t work either 😡 we were in town for a wedding and didn’t want to drive home after the reception. But ifi had it to do all over again I would have. I was with a date and was totally embarrassed. My date didn’t even sleep one minute.

Caution you been warned "

This place was run down. The receptionist was rude an unwelcoming the rooms were freezing cold. When I asked for heat tobe hired he directed me to nozzle on the ground than explained that heat was generated from steam. This made no sense an room remained cold my husband being disabled he told me we were not welcome back that his hotel did not accomadated such people. .I'm shocked at how they remain open and my complaint will be directed to the BBB to investigate the unsanitary in inhumain conditions here was a waste of money was better sleeping in my Tahoe for all the negatives this place offers .

Everything was aweful. Cold rooms cold service and a waste if money.

The location was convenient. The beds were comfortable, aside from getting bit in the night.

90% sure there were beds bugs, (or fleas?) I ended up with multiple bites on my legs and arms. No coffee. Staff very unprofessional
